Really disappointed with this hotel. The room was tiny, with an internal window that opened onto the inside of a stair well. If there had been a fire on the landing we would not have been able to get out. There were renovation work going on, at one point we opened the window to find a man on a ladder inside the stair well spraying something around the window. There was a lot of noise and smoking which seeped into our room. I spoke to a 'manager' who just shrugged and said there was nothing she could do, as they had let their agents know of the building work. We looked at the listing on Eurostar and Booking.com, and the hotels own website and none of them mentioned any building work at all. We would not have booked otherwise. On the website they advertise a coffee shop and a bar, neither of these were open the whole time we were there. The breakfast was terrible, if you have any dietary requirements don't go to this hotel, very very limited choice. If you want to eat meat, cheese, donuts and croissants for breakfast then this is for you. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location and overall good hotel. Sadly my room had a window looking onto a wall which meant no daylight at all. Luckily I was there one night only.

Hotellet var verkligen charmigt inrett med smakfull inredning och läget var bra. Promenadavstånd till Panthéon och Luxemburgträdgården. Det negativa är de extremt tunna väggarna. Varje gång någon spolar vatten i handfatet eller går i trappan hörs det mycket. Att det samtidigt som vi var där också bodde flera grupper med ungdomar hjälpte inte. Blev extremt högljutt med spring mellan rum och slamrande dörrar efter 24.00. Ingen som verkade ha koll på barnen. Ringde till receptionen som lovade kontakta dem. Lugnare den kvällen men krävs inte mycket för att det ska låta. Ta med öronproppar. |Sängar som var ovanligt hårda. |Receptionspersonalen var dagtid nästan som ur en film. Aldrig varit med om att bli så ignorerad och knappt få ett godmorgon tillbaka när man hälsade. De gjorde verkligen sitt yttersta för att ge absolut minsta möjliga service. Frukosten kan ni hoppa över. Litet utbud och varje morgon förvirring om vilket rum vi skulle till. Ingen verkade ha någon koll. |Skulle nog välja ett annat hotell nästa gång.
