Stayed here for 6 nights with my sister and no issues! Modern decor, comfortable beds, central location, and front desk team was friendly. Would recommend!

Byliśmy z dziećmi tam niemal tydzień, w pokoju typu suite. Pokoje są dość małe, ale czyste. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, codziennie pokój jest sprzątany. Na dole, przy recepcji dostępna jest kawa i woda (z opcją wody gazowanej). Winda jest mała i dość wolno chodzi. Śniadania dobre, produkty świeże, wybór niezbyt duży, ale nikt nie chodził głodny. Bardzo dziękujemy za pomoc Pani Agnieszce, dzięki której pobyt był pełen uśmiechu i dla której chętnie tam wrócimy :) Na minus konieczność zapłaty podatku miejskiego po przybyciu z dziećmi o 2 w nocy (!!), jakby nie można było odłożyć tego do rana.. Lokalizacja znakomita.

Stayed here for two nights at short notice in May 2025. The rooms are small but immaculate and very nicely done, seemingly brand new. The hotel has an airy, light, informal and relaxed vibe which was perfect. The complimentary croissants and sweets in the evening were a lovely touch too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and next time I hope to try the breakfast! The room was quiet being on the 5th floor facing into the courtyard, but if there were any improvements it would be to make the pillows firmer. Otherwise I was very impressed for a 3 star hotel.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The staff was all lovely and helpful. The amenities were provided were superior to several 4 star hotels we visited on our trip.
As other reviewers mentioned yes you can hear the subway (barely, we stayed on the 4th floor), the pillows aren't the best, and there are homeless sleeping nearby (but we never seen them nor did they cause any trouble).
We were very happy with our choice of Hotel Oratio and would stay again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a superb location. My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights & it was absolutely lovely. Room was very small & tight but we still loved everything. Highly recommend this hotel for your visit. Friendly & welcoming staff too!

What a fantastic hotel, staff excellent very polite and friendly willing to help at anytime, breakfast excellent and hotel very clean. Excellent location to use metro and other means of transport to all attractions lots of places roundabout to eat.

We stayed in December. We Received warm welcome and advised of all facilities available. Able to leave our luggage safely as we were too early for room. Tea coffee and water in waiting room. Very generous breakfast. Staff made our stay they were so helpful both in breakfast room and at reception. This was my 2nd stay and will stay again. I cannot emphasise how wonderfully kind and helpful the chaps at front desk were.

Hotel Oratio is by far one of the best budget hotels to stay South of the Seine. Nearby the Pantheon and near the Latin Quarter, it is close to the central area of the Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle with the Louvre easily connected via metro.

But the staff were the best, especially Jude. He gave us their best room upon request, and let me borrow the adapter when needed. Not just that, but he is incredibly nice to speak to.

With the nice view of the street in front, the Hotel has a quant interior that I loved, and would love to stay at again.

This hotel was okay. We paid extra for a superior room but upon arrival we saw blood (?) on the walls and mold. In addition there is a homeless camp right next to the front entrance of the hotel so it was uncomfortable entering and exiting the hotel especially at night. However, it was a a comfortable stay. I do wish the bathroom sink was bigger because water was going everywhere. Perhaps the deluxe room is better. I will say the staff are nice and lended umbrellas as it rained the entire stay for us.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I have been to Paris a lot of time and this hotel is by far my favourite one in Paris.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality is unmatched, and it made our stay so much more enjoyable.
The location is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the Pantheon and only 10 minutes to Notre-Dame with loads of lovely restaurants nearby.
With the metro, bus and RER right outside, it couldn’t have been more convenient for exploring all that Paris has to offer.
The breakfast was a definite highlight. Each morning, we were treated with fresh croissants ,bread, juices, and more. The breakfast area itself is cozy, and the staff there are just as kind and attentive as elsewhere in the hotel.
The room was really comfortable and really clean.
The entire property is really well maintained. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better stay. This hotel really made our trip memorable! Thank you!

Ein kleines schnukeliges Hotel, mit sauberen Zimmern.
Frühstücksbuffet für Paris sehr umfangreich, Säfte, Nespresso Kaffee uvm.
Hotelangestellte sehr freundlich.
Bei der Rezeption gibt es einen Wasserspender mit Sodawasser und stillem Wasser inkl. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine für kostenlisen Kaffee to go.

Wir hatten ein superior Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht ist da. Die Dusche ist sehr schön gross und das Wasser wird richtig heiß. Das Frühstück ist super! Frisch gepresster O-saft erwartet man bestimmt nicht. Rührei Käse Würstchen schinken Croissant usw. Was man will. Das Personal war super freundlich sehr gerne wieder. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage ca. 5 Minuten von der metro Station. Es gibt kleine Restaurants in der Nähe und Bäckereien. Absolut empfehlenswert.

We had a really lovely stay here. Room sizes are to be expected for a central hotel but everything was nice and clean, and the bed very comfy, and a good amount of amenities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was fab, just minutes away from the nearest metro station and within walking distance of the Louvre/Notre Dame. Would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and accommodating. Since our flight was late in the evening, they allowed us to wait comfortably in the breakfast area, where we could enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and water. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference!
Another highlight is the convenient area available at all times where guests can help themselves to tea, coffee, and water—a fantastic touch that adds extra comfort to your stay.
The location is excellent, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from Notre Dame. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in a prime location!

I would not recommend this hotel. My stay was marred by the fact that the elevator was inoperable the entire 10 days I was there and exacerbated by management reponse. After the first few days, management did agree to give me a reduction to my stay, saying the elevator would be fixed by mid-stay. It was not fixed before I left and I asked for a further reduction. I was told no, asked to have reception send me the contact information of the Director of the hotel and they have not responded. I chose this hotel, wanting a higher floor room, servicable by an elevator, and they did not deliver nor did they appropriately reimburse me.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden!
Schönes,sauberes Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Schönes Bad, grosse Dusche.
Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Gratis Wasser und Café waren super! Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und sauber. Sehr guten Nespressocafé, gutes Frühstück.
Kommen sicher wieder, obwohl ein wenig teuer.

Would recommend a room with balcony! They’re a bit small but airy with lots of functional space. Hotel was close to restaurants, amenities, and transportation. Staff were great as well.

Stayed here initially for two nights on our first trip to Paris. The location was great and close to many restaurants, the metro station, and close to many landmarks. The staff were all wonderful with helping us with extending our stay an extra night to allowing us to grab coffee and use the bathroom after we checked out and came back to pick up our bags.

I cannot recommend this area and location enough. Five stars all around.

I loved my stay at Hotel Oratio! Definitely recommend the rooms with a balcony. Although small rooms (as all in Paris are), the layout and styling made the room super comfortable and the bathroom was the best I experienced in 3 weeks in France!! Location is amazing for transport, eating and shopping. Highly recommend.
