Overall, it was a great stay. I really appreciated the email communication from Romane, the welcome procedures, and the courtesy of Vladimir. He was very helpful. I arrived at 11 AM, and the room was ready, which I greatly appreciated. I had two issues to bring to your attention: when I took a bath for the first time, pieces of toilet paper floated in the water. I informed the front desk, and they resolved it immediately, even offering a glass of wine as compensation. No issue with that. The second issue was the loud kids early in the morning on the street that woke me up, and I also heard the neighbor snoring. While I understand the hotel can't do much about these issues, it seems the walls are not soundproof. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This hotel is exceptional!
The front desk team are the best I have ever come across! Phenomenal welcome. Room lovely, breakfast tasty, great night sleep! I cannot recommend more positively. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend. This is my 6th time staying in the Latin Quarter-5th a. - and I feel this hotel is among the best. They have a dedicated staff who are helpful and become welcoming faces upon departure and return throughout the stay. The breakfast is exceptional, fresh breads and pastries; coffee made to order, eggs, cheeses, meats, muesli, yogurts. It lacks nothing, and is a quiet and elegant to start the day. Our room was #21 - efficient and no balcony but lovely windows that opened to the courtyard below. Offers a tub with U.S.-style shower. Nice to choose a lower floor since the lift is small. The staircase is easy to climb, sturdy, spiral, and carpeted. Our room was freshened daily and bottles of water, flat and fizzy, and a bottle of Coke-a-cola, provided each day, complimentary. The lobby kept fresh water, tea and espresso (via machine) throughout the day and, often, fresh pastries & global newspapers. Location is within 1-2 blocks of multiple metro stations, walking to Notre Dame, many fine restaurants; within 1 mile of many of the top places to shop, walking, eat, and visit. There is a lovely restaurant adjacent to the hotel - Rocaille- and a delightful bookstore- The Abbey- across the alley- I highly recommend these also. (Pictured; sorry I did not take pictures of the hotel, but it is beautiful and very clean & orderly)

Little hidden jewel in central Paris. You will wake up to the faraway sound of Notre Dame bells. A street away from busy Saint Michel but extremely quiet room with plenty of natural light. Pleasant and professional staff that goes the extra step. Rooms are well equipped, modern and cosy. Highly recommended.

This hotel surpassed our high expectations! We had a very short time in Paris and I chose this hotel based on the location and reviews of the friendly staff. The quiet alley was perfect for rest, but the location is just a few steps from the RER/metro stop, river, and many eateries, perfect for all of the sightseeing we fit in. The front desk staff was so helpful with our questions about restaurants and helping us get a car back to the airport. The bathrooms/showers were updated and had good hot water and pressure. I enjoyed the water kettle and espresso machine in my room as well as the fridge with stocked water/coke. The room was a little small by American standards, but quite reasonable for Paris. My parents had a terrace room which was more spacious and had an amazing balcony overlooking the city. I am so glad we found this gem and will stay here anytime we return as well as tell our friends and family about this wonderful hotel.
