I want to give special recognition to the staff at Hotel Observatoire Luxembourg. We received such great service from them. They were very patient, helpful, and kind with us and our two kids throughout our whole stay. On our last day at the hotel after checkout, our train to the South of France got cancelled and we needed to wait for 7 hours before we could depart again. Instead of waiting at the cold train station for that long, we contacted the hotel and Jasmine at the front desk was very empathetic. She made sure we felt welcome to come back and hang out in the lobby or leave our luggage there before heading back to the train station when it was time, she gave recommendations, and made sure to offer a backup plan. In a moment of stress, she was such a great help. It made us feel very grateful to have booked our Paris stay withHotel Observatoire Luxembourg.

I had a lovely stay at this charming, nicely appointed, well-maintained hotel. The staff at Hôtel Observatoire Luxembourg are all very kind, gracious, caring, and helpful. I visit Paris twice a year and this is now my favourite Paris hotel I've stayed in. The hotel is well located; it's quite close to Jardin Luxembourg, nice boulangeries and restaurants. I will choose Hôtel Observatoire Luxembourg as my go-to hotel form future trips to Paris. An excellent hotel!

A localização do hotel é excelente e o quarto é bastante silencioso e iluminado. A equipe da recepção é cordial e solícita.

Definitivamente não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Está mais para um 3 estrelas. O aquecimento do quarto não funcionou e ao questionar na recepção, fomos informados de que "era assim mesmo". O quarto é extremamente pequeno e mal há espaço para abrir duas malas pequenas. para circular no quarto é preciso estar atento as quinas e pedir licença para a outra pessoa, caso contrario é impossível caminhar. O banheiro, assim como o quarto, é mínimo. Não voltaria especialmente por causa do aquecimento (imagino em épocas mais frias o quão gélido fica o quarto).
