Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris sind zu Fuß erreichbar, das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, die Zimmer sind sauber, klein aber gemütlich.Die Fotos der Hotelzimmer entsprechen den Fotos auf der Website.

This hotel is in a great location, near the Metro, Seine, and many places we enjoy. It's easy to find and is an old fashioned hotel experience. We had room with a small balcony that was nice as it was warm and sunny when we visited. The breakfast is fairly good with friendly staff. The price was a little high but probably warranted given the location.

L’insatisfaction concerne essentiellement la demie pension. 400€ par jour en demie pension mérite une prestation de qualité qui ne se limite pas à une carte réduite par vos soins à un choix entre pizza et pâtes et ce tous les soirs. Sans compter un menu tronqué entre entrée plat ou plat dessert.
Votre négociation avec le restaurant démontre que l’objectif principal est le profit au détriment de l’attention à porter au client.
De plus, la carte présentée sur internet ne correspond pas à celle que vous imposez.
Attendez vous à ce que l’avis sur booking n’incite pas d’autres clients à prendre la demie pension.

The front staff was polite but not friendly. I complained to them about a sewer gas smell coming from the shower. They told me some one would come to check it out. She simply poured some type of disinfectant down the drain that masked the smell for 8 hrs or so. They have a problem with the drain pipe connection likely related to the age of the building. Instead of treating me like a paying customer and offering to move us to another room, I was treated like a stupid American that doesn't know any better. Which makes sense I guess since I didn't complain about the room not matching the photos on Bookin.com. Anyway, we won't be back and it certainly reflected poorly on Paris as a whole, since they are in a large part it's representative.

Beautiful small hotel right in the middle of everything…. Great Pizza restaurant and good breakfast also friendly and helpful staff…. Rooms were nice and with a small balcony that overlooks the bustling walkways below. Very clean !!
