Muy buena experiencia con este hotel. Renovado, limpio, recepcion 24 hs con staff que habla en inglés. Llegamos 2 horas antes del check in y nos dieron la habitación. El baño es muy pequeño pero para nosotros estuvo bien! La ducha funcionó perfecto. Volveria.

The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and there’s unlimited coffee any time you want downstairs. What more could you want?

La nostra camera era carina, piccina, ma per due amiche a cui piace girare, andava bene. Ogni giorno cambio asciugamani e pulizia stanze.
Nn ci siamo fermate x la colazione xché volevamo utilizzare il poco tempo a disposizione per curiosare Parigi. Tutto a misura d'uomo. Cordiali ed educati, il nostro soggiorno è stato comodo, grazie anche a letti e cuscini super. Consigliato! Manú e Re.

I very much enjoyed this hotel. The shower is small but I’m very small person so it didn’t matter much. Very nice people that work there and very nice bed and room. Great if you are exploring the city a lot and just need a really comfortable place to stay when you get back. Locations okie not the best not really near anywhere touristy.

Rooms are very tiny, as is to be expected in Paris. Very comfortable though as a place to just sleep after a long day. Quiet area is really nice for those like me who are sensitive to night noise. There is a bar right on the corner, but didn't seem to big a issue on the weekdays that we were there. Good location if you're willing to walk a bit - 15 mins or so to restaurants and things nearby. Good shopping area, etc. Our only issue was the weird way they took the room deposit.... As a tourist, I really don't want to have to give 100 euros in cash to be given back to me on the day of departure... What am I supposed to do with 100 euros the day I'm leaving?? Tried to use several credit cards but they weren't working due to a strange way the guy at the front desk was entering them I think (cards worked fine literally everywhere else we used them... And worked fine to pay the room tax so..???). Overall, a nice stay, but we weren't at the hotel much anyway.

Hôtel très sympa.
La déco dans les chambres est jolie. On a le droit à un balcon. Cependant la salle de bain est petite et manque d'un endroit où installer ses affaires de toilettes. La literie est confortable.
Le personnel est adorable. Toujours avec un grand sourire (que ça soit de jour comme de nuit)
Petit déjeuner basique. La taille des lieux faisant que ce n'est pas toujours évident pour se servir (se mettre accroupi pour récupérer certains produits frais permet de faire sa gymnastique matinale ????)
Mais c'est une très bonne adresse. Bien desservie en transport avec la ligne 91. Dans un quartier calme avec pleins de bonnes adresses où manger autour.
Si l'opportunité se présente je reviendrai

A 15 minutes de la Gare de Lyon, très proche de ligne 6 et 7 du Métro, c'est une localisation idéale, dans un quartier très calme, qui permet à la fois de profiter de la vie Parisienne, tout en bénéficiant d'une tranquillité une fois de retour à l'hôtel.
Une récente rénovation faite avec goût, et une mention spéciale pour la chambre Deluxe au dernier étage donnant sur les toits de Paris :)

Súper amables en recepción. El sitio es ideal para moverse por París cerca de barrio latino cerca del metro cerca de tren tipo cercanías cerca de notredaum, cerca de torre eifeil. De todas formas paris se conoce andando. Las habitaciones son confortables, un poco pequeñas y el servicio también, pero muy limpias.

We liked our little room. Yes, ours was small, with a small stall shower and not much room to move around. But it's all we needed. It was clean, with a cute breakfast area. Friendly bilingual staff was very helpful. The best part is the location for us. We were able to easily take the bus or trains from there to all our spots to visit. The little restaurants and food stores were right around the corner. We enjoyed our stay, and it will forever be our little spot in Paris.

We were rarely at the hotel as we spent our days exploring Paris but it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming. We also loved that the hotel was located strategically as we were able to walk to most landmarks and if something was far away, the Metro wasn’t too far.

Hotel muito limpo, excelente pequeno almoço e óptima localização numa zona tranquila. Staff sempre disponível e muito simpático. Óptima escolha para alojamento em Paris.

Notre salle de bain était trop petite, le lavabo était ridiculement petit (la taill d'une pochette de 33 tours, pas plus) et la tablette qui devait être le seul endroit où poser les affaires était manquante.
Nous l'avons signalé dès notre arrivée mais rien n'a été fait durant notre séjour de trois nuits. La bouilloire avait un câble d'alimentation si court qu'elle ne pouvait pas être branchée et reposer sur la table en même temps.
La porte de
la salle de bain/WC était coulissante et innefficace.
Bref un hôtel comme on en trouve trop dans Paris, étriqué, trop cher et où des points de
confort élémentaires sont tout simplement négligés.

Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικο. Σχετικά οικονομικό για Παρίσι. Η τοποθεσία δεν είναι τόσο πρακτική γτ είναι μακριά από όλα αλλά στα 100 μέτρα έχει στάση λεωφορείου.

I would recommend this hotel if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in your room, but exploring Paris.
We got the basic room, and while it was quite small and constraining, it was well kept and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly, which was fantastic! The bathroom is tiny, and it was quite hard to move around (mind you, I am quite big! Maybe it's not so bad if you're smaller!)
Price is okay considering the location. We had no trouble getting to the main landmarks and tourist locations, travelling to some areas may require transfers. There are lots of great restaurants and little shops around!
Overall we had a great stay at the Five Boutique Hotel!
