Stayed here for two nights with my wife and two kids. The location is lovely. The people who work here are very nice and very helpful. All in all it was perfect. We've made memories that will stay for life here. Thank you very much!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Paris! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal: alle waren extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Schokolade sehr positiv überrascht. Auch die Lage ist top – zentral, aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der nachts manchmal etwas laut war. Ansonsten aber eine glatte 10/10 – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We are just home from 5 wonderful days in Paris, and our stay at Pepper & Paper was truly amazing. We had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment equipped with absolutely everything you need. Very comfortable beds and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Everything was clean and nice, good soft towels and very pleasant and helpful service from the staff (reception open 24/7). Located very centrally in a quiet street, lots of grocery/bakery/cafes/restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop – where busses take you to everything you need (especially Line 21) in addition to Metro and RER trains. It was also within walking distance of the Airport train. We really recommend this apartment hotel, and we will definitely come back here!

Bellissimo pulito silenzioso perfetto comodo gentilezza centrale, tutto questo in questo appartamento di 50 mq in 2 coppie. Vacanze da favola, super, 4 notti.
Unico neo il bagno in una camera . E di notte chi doveva andare in bagno disturbava .

Hôtel appartement très bien situé pour visiter Paris.
Au calme et proche du métro.
La chambre est confortable et bien équipée.
Ce qui fait la différence c’est le service : nous sommes restés 4 jours et avons rencontré différentes personnes à l’accueil et le maître mot est : quel accueil
Politesse, sourire, bienveillance, gentillesse, humour, je n’ai plus assez de superlatif pour les remercier de leur accueil
Nous reviendrons c’est certain
Merci beaucoup jeunes gens et ne changez rien car vous êtes super
