We loved our stay at Pepper and Paper! The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly. They always helped us with what we needed and were fun to talk to. Our rooms were perfect. My husband and I had a studio, and our kids had a 1 bedroom. The location was a nice neighborhood with a close metro stop and many nice restaurants.

התאחסנו בדירה של שני חדרי שינה וסלון, שתי מקלחות ושני שירותים דבר שממש הקל מכוון שהיינו 3 אנשים. הדירה נקייה ויפה, הצוות מקסים ומקצועי.
קצת רחוק מהמרכז אבל צוות המלון הזמין לנו מונית מתי שרק רצינו.
ממש נהננו, מומלץ בחום ❤️

Apparentemente perfetto con reception tirata a lucido, ma all’ingresso nell’appartamento ci si ritrova catapultati in un ambiente che non rispecchia affatto quando precedentemente percepito. Anche se ubicato in ottima zona, tranquilla e ben servita nonché ricca di bar e ristoranti molto validi (aspetti assai apprezzati) l’appartamento viene consegnato poco pulito, con polvere ogni dove e inutile oggettistica ovunque. Sono necessari antistaminici per sopravvivere all’ingente quantità di polvere presente sui tendoni e in ogni angolo dei locali. Bagno pesantemente maleodorante (con molta probabilità odore di fogna) e notevolmente usurato, posate sporche e balcone tenuto male, sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche negative che appartengono al tutto. Le pulizie vengono garantite gratuitamente solo il primo giorno, dopodiché, se si desidera ulteriori rassetti dei locali o cambi asciugamani, si richiede un compenso economico. Prezzi assurdi per la scarsa qualità di quanto offerto, a cui si aggiungo anche €300 di cauzione desiderati al check-in esclusivamente con bancomat. Oltretutto poco chiara risulta la restituzione di tale somma e personalmente mi sono dovuto rivolgere alla mia banca per capire come comportarmi dato che le informazioni in merito mi sono state fornite in modo poco chiaro e con pochissima gentilezza e cortesia. Profondamente delusi dalla struttura
da cui ci aspettavamo molto molto di più, non ci sentiamo di certo di consigliarla a terzi!!!

This was my wife's and I first time in paris and everything about this place was amazing! The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming! And the the room was great as well!

Fantastic apartment in amazing spot in Paris. We are a family of four (2 kids aged 4 and 7) and it was perfect for us- great layout, washer/ dryer lots of space. The location is fabulous- checkout all the laneways nearby. Highly recommend and will be back!
