When had a great stay, the 3 bed room was large good tot acces with wheelchair and a great place tot start from in our stay. Metro around thé corner.

Típico hotel apertado e antipático de Paris.
O mais estranho foi o pessoal da recepção perguntar:
"que horas vc vai pegar a tua mala?" Quando solicitei deixar no hotel a mala p pegar mais tarde.
Atendimento "seco" hostil e antipático!

Charming boutique hotel with a narrow elevator for 1. Lovely staff. Great location. Walking to the Seine, nearby Notre Dame and Shakespeare and company as well as the bouquinistas and a wonderful crepe cafe on the River. Plenty of cafes and shops and Boulangeries. Clean yet small rooms new bathrooms and AIR CONDITIONING!! We Enjoyed our stay very much

J'avais réserver pour le 30/03/2025 et par erreur le réservation a été faite par BOOKING le 31/03/2025 , juste avant d'arriver à Paris je téléphone téléphone à l'HOTEL pour dire au réceptionniste notre retard et c'est là que j'apprends que le réservation a été faite pour le 31 Mars et non pour le 30 ,j'ai une grosse part d'erreur , le réceptionniste c'est arrangé pour changé la date et c'est plutôt bien , mais je lui ai dit que j'ai réservé parce qu'il y avait un PARKING à cet hôtel , arrivé sur place pas de places de PARKING et pas de place pour se garer sue le trottoir et c'est de là que j'ai dit au réceptionniste que dans BOOKING il faut expliquer qu'il y a très peu de places .....ou pas et il a commencer a ce fâcher sérieusement .....désolé en général je suis plutôt cool , mais là je n'ai pas supporté le réceptionniste et j'ai quitté l'hôtel en ayant payé mais je n'ai pas passé la nuit par le manque de respect de ce réceptionniste qui doit apprendre son métier et être aimable avec les clients .j'ai payé pour rien une nuit d'hôtel pour le manque de respect d'une personne .....HOTEL A EVITER

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews about this hotel, some people are not happy unless they are moaning.|Had a great time for a 2 night stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Karine who was really informative and helped us with several tips about our stay in Paris.|The hotel is in a brilliant location, was clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. All in all great value for money and very definitely use this hotel again

Hotel perdexto por ubicación y servicio. Habitaciones con balcon y muy limpias. Servicio muy atento y buffet de desayuno ( no lo ptobamos pero tenia muy buena pinta ). Repetiremos.

Hotel assolutamente da evitare!! Lenzuola sporche e piene di capelli, camere insonorizzate, doccia con tende. Il personale della reception arrogante e prepotente! Abbiamo richiesto con insistenza un cambio di camera che ci è stato rifiutato per svariati motivi quali, a confronto, venivano ribattuti e sostituiti da altre motivazioni, concludendosi con un rimandarsi senza esito delle problematiche sollevate. La mia valutazione è di una stella, solo perché impossibile mettere meno meno meno. Prezzo altissimo per le condizioni della camera e per quello che hotel offre in generale, cortesia compresa

Amazing and super friendly staff- very helpful and good for a laugh. I highly recommend. Easy to walk to everything and very close to the Pantheon and the Metro.

Rooms were very clean and tidied by room service daily. Bathroom was new and clean. The staff was always kind and helpful. The best of all, the location of the hotel was great! Notre Dame Catedral, Pantheon are very close to hotel. Also, Jussieu and Cardinal Lemoine metro stops are just a few hundred metres away

Such a warm welcoming place to stay. Was there is September and enjoyed it immensely. If I go to Paris again soon I’d return. The breakfast was very good too. I got a room with a balcony with a great view.

Une fresque magnifique dans la chambre !
Notre séjour au Familia Hotel a été enchanté par la superbe fresque murale dans notre chambre, qui ajoutait une ambiance unique et authentique. La chambre était confortable et impeccablement propre. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le 5ème arrondissement, proche de Notre-Dame et des quais de Seine. Le personnel était très accueillant.
Un excellent choix pour un séjour à Paris plein de charme !

Hotel is pretty old, rooms definitely need renovation. But I loved service there, people are smiley and hospitality is on high level! Breakfast was nice as well, good deal for 12 euro. Location is the best, Notre dame is really close and a lot of restaurants as well. Thank you guys

I spent seven nights at the Familia Hotel in late November, 2024. For a nominally 2-star "tourist hotel" I was extremely happy with the location and the room I was allocated.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è posizionato in una zona tranquilla e molto vicina alla metro. Colazione con poca scelta e tavolini un po scomodi. Ma dovessi ritornare a Parigi sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo in questo hotel.

Husband, granddaughter, and I stayed. We were thrilled with our room and the people at the reception desk, as well as the other employees, were so helpful! We had breakfast for a few days. I would certainly return.

This is response for my ask to cancel or modify my booking. I know it is non-refundable, that's I asked not demanded, but the way they answer is completely unacceptable for me:
"Dear,

I don't know in which language I can tell you !
You have chosen a reservation in order to pay cheaper and IT IS NON CANCELLABLE AND A NON MODIFIABLE RESERVATION.

Maybe next time, you will pay attention to the reservation you chose. We cannot change your reservation.

This was one of my best experiences in Paris! I want to thank all the people who work at Familia Hotel. The room was clean, the staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. I also liked the price ???? and the restaurants around. When I come back, we will definitely stay here again.
