Really lovely experience at this hotel. Thanks to Christian at reception check in and out was quick and swift. I asked for ground floor room which was very nice although could have done with storage in room and bathroom. Breakfast was nice.
Location was excellent near notre dame. Overall a lovely hotel definitely will visit again.

Wonderful hotel......would stay there again but look into getting a larger room.
Only issue was that the room on the second floor was very small (had to put our one piece of luggage in the entryway and shimmy around it when entering and leaving the room).

The staff could not be more helpful, the room , the facilities and the location for us were all really good. We did not use the bar nor the breakfast room as we ate out every morning and to restaurants and bars in the evenings but it all looked great when we passed. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

Ménage mal fait d’une nuit sur l’autre (vu le peu de place dans la chambre j’imagine le calvaire pour le faire).
Salle de bain tellement petite que les serviettes ne peuvent y être laisser.
Chambre minuscule obliger de mettre un des tabourets dans la douche pour pas tomber dessus. Obliger de condamner la moitié de la chambre pour ouvrir sa valise.
Tuyau d aspirateur qui traîne entre les étage dans l’escalier ou dans les couloirs à toute heure sans personne à l’horizon.
Et tout les trucs cassés ou déboîtés, voir dangereux : tablette en verre dans la douche ne tenant plus vraiment, cache de l’arrivée d’eau de la douche également déboîté, buse du lavabo mal placé et mal fixé, lavabo sale et pas pratique, literie affaissée...
Par contre personne de l’accueil correct.
