I have stayed in Premier Inns that are better than this. It’s tired, my room was basic, there are NO power sockets on either side of the bed. The kettle only reaches the socket below the desk if it is placed half off the desk. There were 2 loo rolls in the bathroom, neither were new and were both only partially full. The tissue box was empty. The hand soap was empty after 2 pumps. No-one offered to help carry luggage, in fact no-one even showed us to our room. This hotel is in a good location but I feel the 4 star rating is very misleading
