Incredibly rude wait staff who refused to even pretend to be accommodating to someone in our party that has allergies.

They also kept physically bumping in to members of our party on purpose even though we were pushed in to the space as closely as possible (and we are not large).

In addition to that the entire vibe of the place was so hectic, doesn’t seem like anyone gets along either.

It really doesn’t take much to make people feel welcome in your restaurant and they sincerely do not care about their customers. Avoid this place!!

We were so excited to enjoy this restaurant, however the minute we entered we were treated very poorly. We had a reservation and were treated like a burden to the restaurant. We asked for an allergen or gluten free menu or options as someone in our party has an extreme allergy and we were told no “ only French” … we even asked in French however the waiter misunderstood our question thinking we were asking for an English menu. Our table also continued to be pushed by the waiter repeatedly into the wall giving us no space. One of the members of our party even was continuously being bumped into by the waiter even though there was plenty of space. Overall I’m sure the food is incredible , but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable forcing us to leave.

Magnifique cadre et cuisine à l'ancienne (pour ceux qui aiment). Par contre aucun choix de boissons sans alcool et serveur en terrasse arrogant et désagréable. Pour info 16,5€ pour une pinte de bière et un coca zéro.... Y'a 2 fois mieux et moins cher juste à côté ;)

Excellent restaurant avec un large choix et un personnel super sympathique. Nous nous sommes régalé avec des prix abordables et un très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande ce restaurant qui vaut le détours !!

Great atmosphere and fabulous food. Beef Bourgegnon was amazing and the Margret de Canard was just as good. Daniele was very attentive and helpful and made the experience extra special. I will return.

Excellent food! The best escargots in Paris. The beef bourguignon, chicken were delicious, and the salmon as well. The duck was a bit too hard. Unfortunately there was no English menu.

I visited this restaurant after seeing great reviews. I had the beef bourguignon. It was tasty. But after a few hours getting back to the hotel I threw up. I had terrible stomach pains. Not a great experience.

Je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi exécrable ! Le serveur était d’une arrogance insupportable, sans patience et profondément antipathique. Pas un sourire, pas un mot aimable, juste une attitude hautaine et méprisante.Dommage nous très bien diné.

À l’ancienne, calme et ambiance très parisienne, on est bien servi, très bon, prix juste, j’aurais bien aimé plus de convivialité et d’échanges avec les serveurs histoire de passer un moment encore plus sympathique, je reviendrai ????

Le boeuf bourguignon était délicieux, et en plus vous avez le droit à deux portions car il est servi dans une petite cocotte très bien garnie ! Je reviendrai c'est sûr ????

En résumé : 97€ à 2 pour 1 pot au feu, 1 andouillette 5A, 1 salade , 1 eau chateldon et...un 50cl rosé !
En clair, on y a très bien mangé en terrasse, les serveurs sont sympas et ... heureusement nous ont offert les cafés ! ❤️
En conclusion : excessivement cher !
regardez bien les tarifs à la carte, la petite salade à 6€ et le pot de rosé à 34€, ça pique bcp ! ????

Essa foi a última paragem da nossa visita a Paris e definitivamente foi a melhor, a comida estava muito boa especialmente o boeuf bourgoignon e os raviollis, o vinho maravilhoso o espaço e o staff muito acolhedor. Uma menção honrosa para o Daniel que elevou a experiência do nosso almoço. Nou vous attendons à Porto.

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile. Comment vous décrire une expérience aussi déplorable ; j'en reste affligée. Arrivée dans ce restaurant désert un mardi soir à 20h, où tout d'abord j'ai dû m'y prendre à plusieurs reprises avant que l'on daigne répondre à mon "Bonsoir". On me demande si j'ai réservé et je réponds par l'affirmative car la réservation était au nom de ma soeur. Après vérification, la réservation est introuvable et je demande à pouvoir patienter à une table en attendant l'arrivée de ma sœur qui confirmera la réservation. La réponse a été catégorique "Non vous ne pouvez pas". Les raisons de ce refus sont claires je dois etre "trop Noire" pour vous. Alors merci de m'avoir fait éviter de dépenser un centime dans votre établissement et de m'avoir permis de découvrir le restaurant d'à côté qui a un bien meilleur service et d'excellents plats.
A éviter si vous êtes des personnes de couleur !!

The service is good (although Daniel almost treats you like a dumb tourist when ordering the wine) but the food could be much better. The meat of the boeuf bourgignon is very tender, but the sauce could/should have been more tastier (too much water added in the cooking process) and doesn’t have the usual ‘thickness’.
The creme brulee had been ‘cooked’ too long; the eggs were sort of scrambled. Aside from the fact that that changes the structure (granier), the taste is also effected (less custard taste, more egg taste).
It appears that they have become a bit sloppy in the kitchen. Apparantly they get a lot of customers who have seen the youtube video if ‘Les Frenchies’ (they ask every non-french customer about it). Well, the restaurant has the looks you might be looking for, but it doesn’t make up on high expectations you might have about their food.
