Encore merci au directeur du restaurant pour son accueil lors de ce dîner d’anniversaire. Je me souviendrai très longtemps voir toujours de cette expérience inoubliable.
Des saveurs de tous les plats à l’accueil chaleureux et haut de gamme. Il n’y eu là aucune fausse note.

Food quality was outstanding, with friendly and professional service. Wine list contained a wide selection of great wines, with a fabulous option of by the glass for each !

I selected this restaurant to enjoy a fusion between mediterranean and french cuisine and i had a great experience. First, the price point is incredible for this cuisine. I had pickled cucumber stuffed with goat cheese. The goat cheese is simply amazing in France when in season. My plat principal was panko fried fish, potatoes and a yogurt sauce. Finally, i had a poached nectarine stuffed with sorbet over shortbread cookies.

Kleines gemütliches Restaurant mit kleiner ausgewählter Karte.
Sehr lecker und außergewöhnliche Aromen, allerdings sind die Portionen für den Preis sehr klein. Ein Mann muss mindestens ein Menü bestellen, um satt zu werden. Auch die einzelnen Tellergerichte sind portionsmäßig nicht größer.
Mein Fleisch ( boeuf bourgignion) war leider ziemlich zäh, was ich auch kommuniziert habe. Es interessierte den Kellner leider überhaupt nicht. Ein guter Gastronom hätte sich dem vielleicht angenommen und für eine kleinen Ausgleich gesorgt. Aber als Tourist wird wahrscheinlich erwartet, dass man eh nur einmal kommt.....

What a fabulous restaurant! we visited as a group of friends on a weekend away. The whole experience was wonderful. The food was fabulous, the wines were excellent and the general atmosphere was great.
We thought the value for money, considering the quality of the food, was superb.
I had several points of communication leading up to our visit, and the staff were friendly and flexible.
I highly recommend this superb restaurant.

Lovely foodsharing restaurant right near the Notre Dame.

The food was absolutely delicious, with some inventive and surprising combinations as well as more classical combinations.

On a technical level, it was impressive as well: cuisson for all of our dishes was perfect, sauces were lovely, veggies weren't mushy, ...

Shoutout to the service team as well. We speak some French but they spoke English with a smile as well, which isn't always the case in Paris. Everyone is also super friendly, and we had a lovely chat with one of the service staff members after our dinner.

The 4 stars for atmosphere are for the fact that tables are very close together. Sometimes, that leads to pleasant evenings (like in our case, where we got to talking to a fun American couple next to us) but if you're next to loud or otherwise annoying people it can be an issue.

All in all, a lovely restaurant. When we come back to Paris, we are definitely visiting again.

Hebe was amazing. It was the best meal I’ve had in Paris in the three times I’ve visited. It came strongly recommended by a friend and I now strongly recommend. Make sure to secure a reservation to ensure you have a table. It’s a great neighborhood vibe and wonderful food. It feels so special there and we absolutely loved it. Based on some of the other comments I have to add that, I as a traveling American, have to remember that dinners in Europe are often at a slower, leisurely pace and therein is the gift of the experience. When a restaurant is presenting food at this level, you are fortunate to be present to enjoy it.

We came back to Hebe on this trip and it was a wonderful meal from start to finish. The people here are very kind as well. I can't wait till we come back again.

We got so lucky to personally meet the owner and his wife. They were so welcoming and we ended up having one of the best nights ever with them just sitting drinking and talking. Amazing atmosphere and great service

il est des endroits que lon cherche a decouvrir et à aimer! quelques fois on tombe bien quelque fois pas... ici Hébé notre déesse nous a émue au plus haut point. Quelle belle adresse, mon compagnon et moi avons pris le menu découverte ( car chez Hébé c'est le partage) 2 entrées le foie gras...miammmm
3 plats succulents... comme la rascasse...hum!
bref in st emilion par dessus et un acceuil incroyable d'une vraie pâtissière de haute volée! merci
