Absolutely spellbinding! My wife and I recently dined at Alliance in Paris and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was not just a meal, but a personalized journey of flavors, each dish telling its own story. The service was equally impressive, attentive without being intrusive, enhancing our evening. Choosing Alliance for our last night in Paris was a decision I’ll always cherish. It’s rare to find a restaurant that leaves such a lasting impression. Echoing a famous line from Ratatouille, ‘I will be returning to Alliance soon, hungry for more.’ It’s a hidden treasure in the heart of Paris, one that’s definitely worth a visit.

After dining here in September, we came back yesterday. Simply the best that Paris has to offer. Chef Toshi is beyond outstanding. Shawn manages the front of the restaurant and his team equal to the quality of the dishes. Nothing misses a beat. Our favorite restaurant in Paris!!
