Dans un plat j’ai trouvé un petit insecte ,dans ce niveau de restaurant c’est inacceptable !

Great atmosphere and beautiful setting. Every detail was thoughtfully curated - from the choice of plates to the elegant cutlery. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. The food was also very good - some dishes surprised us more than others, but overall, it was a pleasant culinary experience.
Unfortunately, we encountered two unpleasant surprises during the dessert course. The first dessert, a tart, was served on a plate decorated with hay - and we found a tiny bug, most likely from the hay, on the plate. We reported and showed it to the staff. Right after that, we received the next dessert, a lemon one, and before the waiter even had a chance to describe it, I noticed a hair on the plate and reported it as well.
At this level, you really don’t expect such "extras" to come with your meal.

My husband and I came to AT to celebrate our engagement, and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable dining experiences we've ever had. The atmosphere is sultry and intimate, setting the perfect tone for a special night. Each dish was a masterpiece—unique, thoughtfully composed, and perfectly balanced in flavor. A perfect example of Japanese fusion done right.
Whenever someone asks us about our most memorable meal, we always mention this place without hesitation. It left such a lasting impression that I would return to Paris just to dine here again.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos from our visit—I was pickpocketed our first night in Paris. : /

Les saveurs…. Un grand waouh à chaque bouchée du début jusqu’à la fin. Une explosion en bouche
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés
Et l’accord mets et vins… magique avec un sommelier qui vous fait découvrir de très bons vins qui s’harmonisent parfaitement avec les plats.
Nous reviendrons tres très volontiers et nous le conseillerons tout autour de nous!!!

Une expérience gastronomique inoubliable ! Chaque plat est une explosion de créativité visuelle et saveurs parfaitement maîtrisées, et l'accord mets-vins proposé par le sommelier était tout simplement sublime avec de vraies pépites. Un raffinement du début à la fin. Merci à toute l'équipe !

Une vraie découverte avec une finesse et une originalité qui justifie largement l’étoile ⭐️
C’était un vrai voyage gustatif avec beaucoup de petits plats très travaillé et un réel jeux autour de la déclinaison de produit. On sent les influences de la cuisine française classique, avec des touches de cuisine moléculaire, des ingrédients japonais et un esthétisme nordique. Bref, chaque assiette était surprenante !
Le repas du déjeuner reste aussi assez léger pour ne pas en sortir écœuré, le service était très professionnel et l’atmosphère très épurée. À garder absolument dans son carnet!! ????

Es fällt mir schwer eine Rezension zum Restaurant A.T. zu schreiben, da unser Genusserlebnis unbeschreiblich gut war.
Wir waren zum Mittagessen im A.T. Obwohl alle Tische (20 Plätze) alle besetzt waren, war der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und man fühlte sich auch wohl in dem minimalistischem Ambiente auch wenn es manchmal für kurze Zeit etwas lauter wurde, wenn die Tische bedient wurden. Wir hatten das kleine Mittgasmenü, auf die Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten wurde ohne Aufhebens eingegangen und wir waren überwältigt von der Kreativität des Chefs. Das Menü insgesamt war kohärent zusammengesetzt und war geschmacklich ein spannendes Erkebnis, da viele verschiedene Gewürze, fermentierte und geräucherte Beilagen und Saucen zum Einsatz kamen. Die Weinbegleitung mit Demeter- und Naturweinen war parfekt auf das Menü abgestimmt. Atsushi Tanake ist ein zurückhaltender, gewissenhafter Koch, der sein Handwerk mit gröster Akribie ausführt, so dass seine Kreationen Kunstwerke sind, da sie auch auf vom Chef eigens mitdesignetem Service angerichtet sind. Uns hat die perkeft umgesetzte Fusionsküche voll überzeugt.

Le lieu est sympa mais ce n’est malheureusement absolument pas gourmand… le service était bien hormis un serveur qui n’avais visiblement pas du tout envie d’être là ce soir .. c’est dommage mais je ne conseille pas ce restaurant
Certain plat était très bons d’autre noyer sous des sorbet ( il y en avait dans 2/3 des plats… un peu redondant )
Et le poisson d’un des plat avait un goût pas très frais … nous n’avons pas oser le manger

A spectacular blend of technique, flavour, and presentation.
Service was very warm and welcoming! My wife and I had a blast talking to the staff — who were very friendly, and showed us a fun time! It was a pleasure to meet Chef Atsushi as he came to our table at the end of our meal.
The balance of flavours was quite exceptional. At A.T. You can identify Chef Atsushi’s personality through each course. The signature dishes are a good standard for the menu. However, the other dishes surrounding the signatures showcase creativity and seasonality.

Incredible meal, creative and beautiful with flavours that pop, amazing mix of mouthfeel throughout the meal. Staff were friendly and chatty and the wine pairing was spot on. Very well thought out and well prices overall.

Un déjeuner vraiment délicieux. Une très bonne surprise, au delà d'une présentation magnifique, les plats sont à la fois bons, simples et surprenants. Chaque plat à cette petite touche en plus qui crée l'émerveillement et le plaisir.
Le service est très agréable; on s'y sent bien, la décoration sobre mais agréable. Les vins sont très bien choisis. Une très belle adresse. Bravo, nous reviendrons.

lovely meal; great staff and service. This was my second time, and my son's first time. Both of us really enjoyed our lunch. Each dish was done thoughtfully and with great quality and care. Fantastic experience. The creativity of the menu, the quality of the food, the intensity of the aromas - it all comes together in harmony. The wine pairing pushed us outside our comfort zone, in territories we wouldn’t have explored otherwise. We will certainly come back.
