Petite rue pavée, on grimpe pour se mettre en appétit. Sur le versant nous tombons sur une belle devanture jaune. Bel accueil , nous continuons notre ascension en nous installant en mezzanine !! Dans l'assiette se sont les montagnes franco-nipponnes!! Un moment de pur plaisir. La compétition entre le salé de Monsieur "Kokoro" et le sucré de Madame " Kokoro se termine sur une égalité parfaite de bonheur. Merci je reviendrai avec d'autres sherpas!!

We’d heard good things about Kokoro and were very happy when we realised it is a five-minute walk from where we were staying in Paris. The menu is brilliant. Gently blown away after eating less elevated food during our stay. All quite earthy and connected with the time of year. The eclair is in my eclair pantheon of all time. The other thing to mention is how kind the vibe is! I happened to have a nine year old boy with me and he was down with the “children’s menu” (not set in stone but suggested) and general niceness. The kind of places I like are Servan, Clamato and i used to love Autour d’un Verre back in the day. Kokoro is a place we’d love to go back to. Welcoming and everything done with utmost skill and care.
