Cooking fish and shellfish in the French style always presents a challenge and a risk: that of losing the delicate marine flavors under heavy sauces or overly complex preparations. Here, from the starters, you can feel the chef’s passion for seafood, with combinations that enhance the flavors, sometime overpowering them. The shellfish is perfectly cooked, elevated by truffles.
The plating is colorful and beautiful, with each dish arranged thoughtfully. The service is impeccable.
