During Shabe Yalda, the ambiance was lively and festive with live Persian music, creating a warm cultural vibe. However, the mood shifted when a fight broke out between two customers, disrupting the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere.
????Location: Located in the heart of Mouffetard, Kolbe benefits from being in one of Paris’s most charming and historic streets. The location is easy to reach and ideal for exploring Persian cuisine in a cozy setting.
????Information: Kolbe specializes in Persian kebabs, a cornerstone of Iranian cuisine. These kebabs are traditionally grilled over charcoal and served with fragrant saffron rice, grilled tomatoes, and a variety of Persian accompaniments. For example: Kabab Koubideh: A ground meat kebab, often made with a mix of beef and lamb, seasoned with onions and spices, resulting in a tender and juicy dish. And Kabab Barg: A more refined option, made with thin slices of marinated beef or lamb, grilled to perfection for a smoky, flavorful bite.

Un lieu sympa et unique au cœur de la rue Mouffetard le menu à 21 € permet de découvrir les spécialités iraniennes et Arménienne à essayer aussi le cocktail maison. L’ambiance est top le service très sympathique cependant les plats manque un peu de saveur

Le repas est très bon et varié, un peu de musique de fond et une serveuse très aimable.
Un repas complet entrée plat dessert boisson pour 50€ par personne.
Un service de crêpes est également sur place non stop.
Un peu compliqué pour trouver une place pour se garer car place prisée.
