We decided to try this well-rated Thai restaurant, expecting a great dining experience. Unfortunately, our lunch didn't go as planned. Despite the restaurant's popularity, the service was frustratingly slow, with no prior warning about potential delays. After a 45-minute plus wait, our inquiry about the remaining wait time seemed to upset the waitress, which only added to our disappointment. It also became evident that the staff prioritized larger groups over smaller ones like ours. Strangely enough, the only quick service we received was the bill at the end when we decided to leave without waiting further. Sadly, we left feeling neglected and unvalued.
