Dankeschön, es war sehr nett bei euch!
The staff and environment are both fantastic but there is always the single bigot or two in the room post Covid that throw up in their mouth over a cough.
Do tip them; they truly deserve it.
The food was delicious although a bit pricey, but in line with other restaurants in the city. Despite the wait and limited space, it’s a great spot overall. Would recommend! ????

We were greeted if that’s what you want to call it by a lady in a grey uniform that kept us waiting for 5-7 mins.
Another member of staff sauntered by to the booking podium and once we caught her attention she kindly handed us over to another member of staff who showed us to our table.
The location was excellent with views of the vista on this glorious sunny day.
Now let’s get to the punch of the service and attitudes (which I believe isn’t purely a French thing)
Management service was surly I’d be inclined to say. We hadn’t realised that booking for lunch was an inconvenience.
Waiter service was excellent from the gentleman who served us and he was very an accommodating, polite and helpful with all aspects of the lunch.. We gave him a very healthy tip purely for him which he greatly appreciated.
Management take note and learn on what service should be like at the top end of the culinary experience.
Food presentation and taste was excellent and couldn’t fault it.
It’s expensive for a special occasion treat and the only downside is the welcoming staff and restaurant managers
