Mala experiencia. A pesar de que sabíamos el perfil de vino que queríamos, nos respondió de forma muy seca sin ofrecer detalles sobre las diferencias entre los vinos recomendados. Le hicimos varias preguntas y nos respondió de forma muy seca y sin ganas.

Bonsoir Hervé. Je lis dans les commentaires que vous allez bientôt arrêter. Quel dommage. Je profitais de mes passages à Paris pour venir goûter à vos délicieux breuvages. Assez rares pour la plupart. J'invite tout le monde de profiter encore de votre établissement et de votre expertise en vins rares et non conformistes. J'essaierai de passer avant fermeture.
