Je viens ici depuis plus de dix ans. Le caviste Hervé est génial. Sa femme est d’une grande gentillesse aussi. Un super endroit pour boire une bouteille entre amis et/ou en famille… et découvrir de bons vins.

my favorite natural wine shop and bar in Paris, Hervé is so knowledgeable and has the best recommendations. Both Hervé and Elaine are wonderful people who are passionate about what they do and create such an amazing vibe. L’etiquette is a MUST!!!!!!!

Owner (Herve) was extremely rude and argumentative to us when talking about wine. If you’d like to enjoy your day, it’s best not to let him speak to you. I’d encourage anyone thinking about going to filter by all the 1-star reviews and you’ll see a trend of this happening and him blaming others for their bad experience in his shop. I can tell you you that L’Etiquette has no etiquette, just confrontational wine snobbery.

I would avoid this place. Hevre (shopkeeper) seems to like arguments and conflict, as you can see in any negative review that's left here. Lots of people leave bad reviews, and he tries to identify them, just so he can tell them they're wrong (go look for yourself on here). We had a terrible experience and got yelled at, just because I offered a very polite counterpoint to one of his opinions. Your day will likely be immensely better if you don't set foot in this place. I did not appreciate anything about Hevre's approach to wine, communication, customer service, manners, or his general demeanor towards people that had done nothing wrong.
