Espacio que creó el modisto tunecino en el barrio en el que vivió durante años, Le Marais, para albergar sus propias colecciones de historia de la moda, arte y diseño. Dada la magnitud de su colección, y siendo el local pequeño, se van mostrando en exposiciones temporales algunas de esas piezas, en el caso de nuestra visita se trataba de la colaboración entre el tunecino y el diseñador Thierry Mugler.

Loved the exhibition. I got to know Alaïa as a person - feeling like a friend. He seemed so easy to get along with, very open minded about new ideas, funny and sometimes just don’t care. His studio is messy but is completely my style too!! In another universe maybe we’ll be friends ????????

The bookshop is well stocked with carefully selected books on fashion and photography. The foundation also boasts a terrace, ideal for a drink in the summer, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the sunshine. It is the perfect place to relax after a visit.
