Très mauvais, accueil nulle, pas propre, service épouvantable, service très médiocre, le réceptionniste parle mal aux personnes de mauvais caractère.

AWFUL handling of European Heritage Days. The worst. A 90 minute wait (people were sitting in the ground in the live, became the live didn’t move), and then a long boring talk in an ugly room, followed by more boring talk in the bedroom. It was painful for everyone.
In the future they should set up the rooms so the public can walk through, instead of subjecting people to so much pain and suffering. I hated it so much.
