- sa situation géographique dans Paris, à deux pas du métro (ligne 1), rue de Rivoli dans un beau quartier avec toutes les commodités.
- Accueil sympathique et réception à toute heure.
- Propreté de la chambre
- équipement correct (sèche-cheveux, coffre fort, dressing)
- petit déjeuner continental correct (viennoiserie fraiche, choix de boissons...)
Points faibles:
- défaut d'entretien de chambres (noir de pollution sur les montants de fenêtres, moisissures sur les joints de la douche, traces de projection de liquide sur les murs des WC, lit avec matelas qui creuse).
- chambre double très exigüe (très peu d'espace autour du lit et pour sortir de la douche)
- pas de voilage permettant d'éviter le vis à vis lorsque les doubles rideaux occultants sont ouverts (obliger de garder les rideaux occultants fermés même en journée, d'autant plus que la salle de douche est ouverte sur la chambre et donne donc sur les fenêtres)
In regards to this hotels dodgy response, in which they say "sorry you are having problems with your bank!" Just proves that they have intentionally not refunded the $278 that is owed to me. You have my email address, I have emailed you and called you. Why have you not emailed my a copy of the returned money? My bank are not at fault. YOU ARE AT FAULT. PLEASE EMAIL ME, SHOW ME THE RETURNED MONEY ON YOUR STATMENT. EMAIL ME A COPY OF THE REMITTANCE. Your response so far matches your horrible customer service. You are not being honest. Please email me, with proof of refund or even better actually refund the money today.

We booked directly with Hotel Emile. They took a deposit from us to reserve the room. We stayed, we paid for the stay in full and now returning home we find that 3 x months later they have also kept and not returned our deposit. I have called several times, written several emails. DO NOT give this hotel your credit card details over the telephone. THEY DO NOT RETURN THE HOLDING AMOUNT. I am still trying to get the extra $278 they have taken.
If you are reading this review, and other guest reviews, you can see the hotel has done this many times before. I am sure you understand the situation, maybe you should leave Hotel Emile a review. Ask the hotel to refund my money. It is a terrible thing to do to customers. Thank you.
