Hotel Des Deux-Iles is in an amazing location! There are plenty of delicious restaurants on the island and the Notre Dame is about a 10 minute walk away. My grandmother and I stayed here and we both loved it. The staff were incredibly nice and the hotel breakfast was delicious! Fresh croissants every morning!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel on Ile St. Louis. The staff was wonderful, especially Estelle, who was so helpful and kind, even drawing me a detailed map to a sandwich shop deep in the Marais. She and the rest of the staff were always available to offer recommendations and assistance. Thank you to everyone at the Hotel des Deux Îles!

Lovely room with a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The hospitality and service were impeccable! We felt so comfortable and welcome. You cannot beat the location.

We had a fantastic stay in late April. Not only is the hotel local and charming, but it is also very well situated to see everything. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They serve afternoon tea and homemade cakes/tea breads. I highly recommend you include the breakfast which features food from local specialty shops and farms - it is not the usual boring hotel breakfast. We thought about going to local boulangeries etc. for breakfast but wouldn't have eaten as well or as local as at the hotel. The room was quite small but well appointed with a great bathroom and heated towels. It had a patio spot to sit. Since there is a nice living room in the lobby, we were quite comfortable. We loved this hotel and will be back again and again.

Great staff , great rooms , great location. Its start at the welcome and only gets better . Nothing is a problem . Room was the experience we hoped for. Visited Paris many times but never in the this area . So convenient for this end of town .

L’hôtel et l’accueil sont très chaleureux. Les services et les attentions du personnel sont appréciables. L’hôtel et sa situation sont calmes mais ils y a de nombreux bars et restaurants sur l’île. C’est un point de départ idéal pour visiter les monuments et musées du centre de Paris.

Charmant hôtel au rapport qualité/prix très intéressant. L’accueil est très chaleureux avec de nombreuses attentions. L’hôtel et l’île Saint Louis sont calme mais vous y trouverez de sympathiques bars et restaurants. Ce lieu est un point de départ idéal pour visiter les monuments et musées du centre de Paris.

Third time, always a winner for gracious hospitality, location, ease. After a day of art, shopping, walking, music coming back to Deux Îles feels like coming home, and resting briefly in the intimate lobby for icy ginger tea and a buttery square of cake. Bravo to staff Alexandra, Yann and Angelika for excellent attention to service.

This is a very nice hotel with kind staff and comfortable rooms. The location is very quiet but walking distance to many restaurants, markets, and beautiful Paris sites. The breakfast is also excellent. A very nice place to stay!

My husband and I arrived on April 18th and checked out on April 27th. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. It's very quiet and quaint. Everything from shops, amazing resturants to little variety food shops were steps away. Before our trip, I corresponded via e-mail with Yann. He was quick to respond and was so helpful setting up transportation to and from the airport. Alexandra at the reception desk was sweet, kind and she always had a beautiful smile to greet us. Breakfast at this hotel is a must. It was the perfect way to start our day. In the afternoon, before changing for dinner, there was coffee, tea, wine and delicious home made treats. Rooms in Europe are small, but we had 6 peices of luggage and managed quiet well. I can't wait to come back to this wonderful hotel. Thank you for making our 1st trip to Paris Perfect!. This hotel is wonderful. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Rose made us the best breakfast we have had in Paris! Everything was sheer perfection. We have never had service like this before. 10 out of 10 stars! We will stay here again the next time we visit Paris.

Boutique hotel near Notre Dame - brilliant location, terrific and helpful staff. Alex was wonderful, as were the breakfast ladies. Loved it.

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und bieten alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut nicht ganz im Zentrum, deshalb eher ruhig, aber doch zentral angeschlossen. Sehr schönes Viertel, zur Notre Dame nur 6 Min. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl nach Karte.
Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Metro in nur 5 Min. sowie Zug nach Versaille in nur 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

The hotel is a true Parisian experience. The staff are friendly and special mention to Hamid the chef. Such a super cool place and great location. You can walk safely around the area and it’s nice and quiet at night. Thank you for looking after us so well. The afternoon tea in the parlour was always a great welcome back after a busy day and nothing was too much trouble.

Very friendly staff, always available for any request,|Our room was "cosy" (meaning a bit small), although we had a patio (which we did not use, as it was too cool for us). Great shower. Very comfortable bed! Good breakfast too.|Definitely, a place to come back to!

The staff and facilities were impeccable in this historic building. The rooms, though small, were lovingly put together with care and thoughtfulness, an attitude embodied by all their staff, from the ever-friendly and helpful clerk Alexandra to the generous and talented chef, Amit, whose (free!) afternoon gateaux, cookies, tea and coffee were to die for, and everyone else whose name we didn't catch.

The location is incredible, too - a few minutes stroll from either Bank or the Notre Dame and the rest of what l'Ile de la Cité has to offer. Definitely returning here the next time we're in Paris!

The staff are all so kind and helpful. The homemade cakes that they leave out in the lobby daily are SO GOOD. We love it here!

I highly recommend this exceptional boutique hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile to help me find gluten free fresh-baked bread. The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated and comfortable.
I loved the breakfast and they offer homemade goodies during tea time. The location was fantastic as well.
I will stay here again!

EDIT: The takeaway from this should be the are not willing to accommodate any changes no matter the situation. Here in the US it’s not a problem as we are NEVER charged for a room until we arrive. Yes I know this isn’t the US and yes there are cultural differences BUT there is kindness in every culture and it would have been kind of them to at least refund part of my stay. As I said before I made the trip feeling unwell and would not have if they had been kinder. >>>>>>>
The reason why I’m giving this only two stars is mainly due to the fact that the staff was not overly friendly, especially the receptionist. She seemed more irritated because we could not speak fluent French, even though we were very gracious and said bonjour or merci. Also due to an illness, we were gonna have to move our flights and they were not going to allow us a refund, which was unfortunate so we still had to come even though we still did not feel 100% You would think after the pandemic they would not want people coming over if they were sick, but we made the trip. After a couple of days we went to stay with friends because the hotel rooms were so small and still not feeling well, We just wanted to be able to spread out more. I know that people are gonna think oh you’re just an American but you know at least in America our hotels give us a refund for no reason actually if we canceled within 24 hours. I feel like with as much business as Paris gets, It should not be a problem for them to graciously refund people when there are circumstances, such as sickness. You would think for the health of their staff and their future customers they would not want somebody they know is sick, to stay in there. With that being said, the breakfast downstairs was very delightful and the gentleman that cooked it was nice so that at least made up for part of it and that’s the only reason why I’m even giving it a couple of stars

This hotel is amazing. It is so beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Location is perfect. I would recommend here to anyone. Can’t wait to return!!

Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très sympathique. Accueil très agréable avec une coupe de champagne offerte.
Puis à nouveau un goûter (excellent cheese cake avec une infusion maison) offert dans l'après-midi.
Emplacement idéal et calme.
Un excellent hôtel pour séjourner en plein cœur de Paris !!

Plus for my daughter’s birthday the hotel gifted her beautiful flowers with personal greetings, that was thoughtful and lovely. |Thanks a lot again, dear Estelle, you made us feel like at good friends’ home!||The location is great, everything you need is in walking distance and the neighbourhood is full if old beautiful buildings, restaurants, cafe, bakeries, grocery shops, in brief - all you need. The great advantage is to feel like you are actually living in Paris)||The breakfast is made for the guests personally according to their wishes, like in a restaurant actually. The taste was perfect. Plus the hotel offer water, tea and coffee (along with delicious cake) in lobby free of charge all day long.||The room is small but decorated in a modern and fancy way, and equipped with all you may need. The view from the window was on a cozy street, we liked it a lot.||Overall, my strongest recommendation to choose this hotel if you want your stay be the perfect (like was ours).

La très soutenable légèreté de l'Île
On retiendra, en ces temps où la violence infuse tout, le sourire et l’accueil, très pro mais non forcés ni compassés, de ce lieu qui relève plus du nid douillet que de l’hôtellerie traditionnelle. A taille humaine, joliment situé mais pas m’as-tu-vu, on y retrouve l’antique charme parisien, écrin îlien gardé par la Seine, impavide rempart. Ajoutez à cela une déco au charme discret et un équipement sans reproche.

Quintessential Paris experience in this small and luxurious boutique hotel. We loved our room with exposed beams lovely wallpaper cozy beds spacious bathroom and courtyard view (quiet!) we had quiet neighbouring rooms for our night I slept like a baby and my daughter too. Lovely friendly welcome at the front desk. We loved it our stay will be back.
