I give 1 star for being able to comment on the hotel, otherwise this place is risky in terms of health to stay inside, let alone stay. When they gave us the room yesterday, we went in and left our belongings and went out, when we returned 1-2 hours later, the carpets were dirty, the plaster of the walls was poured, as well as the stains on the bedspread, we saw that the quilt was dirty and hair inside, it is an understatement to call the bathroom dirty. the color of the towels was not any shade of white. We called the attendant to the room, one of them said that we did this and the other said that he did not know how to change the sheets, we left at that moment. I made my reservation through booking.com, unfortunately they did not help me in any way and left me alone with the hotel, if the hotel did not meet your expectations, I will use all my legal rights to get my money back. Especially 1- do not trust booking.com when booking because they do not exist outside the reservation. 2- stay away from this hotel if you think about your health.
