The only good thing was the location. The rooms are small and tired. There is no air-conditioning at present. As an older person, the bath/shower was difficult to get in and out of. The breakfast room was underground and smelled like a musty cave. In our last 24 hours there was no water. We left early to catch a flight and couldn't shower nor flush the toilet. Literally the only great thing about this hotel was the location.

A central location can't save this run-down hotel. Misleading signage, broken air conditioning, grimy carpets, loose fittings, and dangerous bathroom features made for an uncomfortable stay. The fan we begged for was the only relief. The photos say it all—this place is neglected and not worth the price. Staff were polite but powerless. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless absolutely desperate. A one-star experience in every sense. Awfully dull.

Nous avons choisi la meilleure option de chambre sur cet hôtel et :|On entendait les gens des chambres à côté parler ainsi que ceux qui passaient dans les couloirs. L’eau de la douche alterne entre le chaud et le froid….elle est chaude 3 seg et d’un coup elle est froide pendant 3 seg et ça reviens chaude pendant 3 seg et ainsi de suite…. des chambres très vieilles qui ont besoin de rénovation, porte des WC cassé, robinet de la douche qui goutte, lit affaissée par endroit, climatisation HS…De plus, le soir il y’a qu’une personne à l’accueil qui est donc toute seule à tout faire…. D’autres points moins importants : l’accueil très petit et très serré ainsi que l’ascenseur….|Au moins les gens qui y travaillent sont très agréables et très bienveillants.|Ça nous a vraiment étonné l’évaluation sur Google de cet hôtel…nous l’avons choisi un peu pour les avis positifs mais finalement le prix et les conditions ne sont pas au rendez-vous…..

Hôtel très vieux et très mal isolé ! Au moins le personnel est agréable…

We got to the hotel around 11pm had a hard time finding it with no signs or anything announcing it, once we checked in this so called “lobby” entrance we stuffed ourself (2) into the elevator which was suffocating.
Once we reached the room we walked in and automatically the first light at the entrance was not working at all so had to find one that worked which was only 2 lights in the room that worked. We then try to turn on the Air conditioning and there’s a sign on it that it is not working to use a “fan” which is a 8 inch diameter fan for a whole room with no ventilation or anything.
WORST OF ALL, BUGGGSSS BUGS BUGS, there was bugs all along the ceiling, bed, pillows, restroom, just flying around and crawling I’ve never seen a room so DISGUSTING in my life, as well the smell of mold in the room with cracks above the window with water damage and above the bed.
My spouse and I got our stuff as soon as seeing all of this and went to the front clerk and demanded a refund which she said she couldn’t give us one, that she was “new” and the manager would be available in the morning to speak to, but that we could stay for the night until then with the room infested with bugs, which I mentioned to her, completely disrespectful on her part for wanting us to sleep in a room with bugs and mold.
I have yet to receive a refund, and I will be contacting health inspectors and other people to investigate this hotel for health reasons.
