One of the reasons I chose your hotel for the spa and when I arrived it was under construction. That was not stated when I made the reservation. Also my room had a very strong smell in it and I was disappointed that I was not given a room in the main hotel rather I was off in the the garden view. The smell bothered my allergies. And I would have preferred a bathtub rather than the walk in shower. The staff did their best to take care of the smell but they were unable to move me into a different room. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere. Wilson and Lemon were wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. I loved the quiet area we were in. Thank you.
