We loved this charming hotel - great location, staff and room. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the hotel is so quiet- it was perfect for our stay.

This hotel is in an amazing location and also has a great several hundreds of years old history. At the same time, the rooms are comfortable, light, clean, and fairly quiet at night -- unlike many modern hotels. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. For me, the cost was on the higher end, but staying on the Ile Saint Louis for my sister's first visit to Paris made memories and put us in a great location for everything else we did. Merci, merci, merci beaucoup!

Very upset by staff acussing me of drinking in my own room. The staff opened my wine box to check it to see if I drank in my own room. This was very intrusive and none of anyone’s business. I was given used body lotion (bottles were opened and not full, as a statement by staff when I asked for more. Breakfast ate only once and they never refreshed the buffet. I was charged 21 euros and got no bacon And pittance of what was left. It was only 8:30 am! Very disappointed by the accusations about outside food and drink. I have never experienced such intrusion

Great location. Room was a bit cramped. What’s with the WC on the other side of the room? Good service at the front desk. Housekeeping did t refresh everything. Please ask them to either replace things (water, bath mitt, etc) or leave it be. Overall a good place.
