Although this is the only hotel in Paris where I stay each year, I see that the rooms are tired and need maintenance and redecorating. The rooms are stuck in the 1990’s and small maintenance is not being done. The public areas of the hotel are 4 stars but the rooms are 3 stars at best. I have discussed my observations/concerns with the hotel reception staff and they took notes they said they would pass to the Management. This is a wonderful hotel and the staff there are like friends, but the rooms are not worth the price at this time. My observations are primarily from several stays in room 102. Everything was amazing!! The only small thing was the air conditioner did not work in the room - but it didn’t matter since the weather was perfect!
