The staff, without exception, were wonderful-helpful, informative, and pleasant. We felt well-cared for. The breakfast had satisfying options and the atmosphere was relaxing—having English language “NY Times” was a nice touch.

In summer with windows open, can be loud and disturbing at night in the apartment, but this was well stated by hotel. Otherwise perfect.

It is a cool historic property that reminds you that you're in an incredibly historic city. It is located in a great location in the middle of the city, Ile Saint Louis, surrounded by quaint little shops and restaurants but the island is still quiet and relatively uncrowded.
