Hotel du Jeu de Paume is in the heart of Paris. It's historic setting, combined with modern comforts and a prime location makes it a favorite choice for us. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they truly have a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Odka was especially attentive and helpful. She was wonderful. We have stayed with you several times and look forward to our next stay.

Overall, I just had an okay experience at Hotel Du Jeu De Paume. The hotel is in a perfect location for experiencing Paris. Also, the building itself is very unique and beautiful. However, I feel that the space is very underutilized and outdated, especially touting a 4 star experience and at a higher price than nearby hotels. The staff seemed stressed and disorganized at times and not very friendly. There was random objects like cardboard boxes, cleaning supplies, etc strewn about the entry way for no apparent reason. Our room felt a bit outdated. There were small details like a lousy shower head, quickly clogging drains, a fan without any light switch that just tainted the experience. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for the location alone, but you may have a better experience at a lower price elsewhere.
