Hanno provato a darci una stanza piu economica con misure dimezzate di quella che abbiamo prenotato, invece di scusarsi, ci hanno accusato di aver richiesto la stanza con la vasca da bagno, tutto inventato e del tutto falso. non capisco come si possa confondere una suite con una stanza standard. semplicemente ridicoli e truffatori. ci avete provato con la persona sbagliata, potrei solo dire questo.

The shower floods and we've asked twice to have it fixed and it's still not. There's black mold by the shower and paint is peeling off in the bathroom. The towel rack is broken and doesn't work. Some staff are great and others are rude. Location is great. I wouldn't stay here again and for what you pay for it's really bad. My friends also didn't have a great experience.

Great hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and every day we were happy with our choice. Great location in the village of Saint Paul, very attentive staff. Thank you for eveything, we will be happy to come back again.

Decor is very tasteful but a little dated vs pictures, service is exceptional which really made it worth our stay. A little sketchy at night but only on main boulevard. Otherwise access to metro is close and there are excellent food choices nearby. Definitely recommend overall.

When theft reported, hotel manager accused us of leaving money in the room.
Did not care to provide a solution or to investigate.
We had booked a deluxe room at a high price. It was a disappointing and costly two day trip.
