We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is meticulously maintained and very beautiful. The location is great, close to everything you may need. But what sets this above and beyond other hotels that are also nice is the friendly hospitality and service from Marc-William BELMA. He is very kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Thank you Marc!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The Marais is one of the best neighborhoods in Paris, and the hotel is walking distance to many of the wonderful sights this city has to offer.
Our room was tiny, the bed taking up most of the area, but that as easy to overlook since the street below was quiet and it was simply a place to rest our tired bodies after long days exploring Paris.
The staff was friendly and responded quickly to our questions and requests.
The one major issue we had was with the cleaning staff. When we arrived, the top sheets on our bed were stained. We asked for clean sheets, and all they did was to leave a clean sheet on top of the bed, without removing the soiled sheets below. In addition, our room was not made up, even though we had left the sign on the door asking that it be cleaned. We never got clean towels, but thankfully, the reception staff was wonderful and provided us with what we needed immediately after we made them aware of the problem.

This hotel is a smaller boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and well-appointed, in an absolutely perfect location for exploring Paris. The staff especially made our visit to Paris so lovely. They were kind and welcoming, incredibly accommodating with helping reserve tables, secure transportation, and holding luggage, as well as offering suggestions for exploring the city.
Marc, Murad, and Caroline at the front desk were always so kind — many thanks to them for their hospitality and help making our trip a delight . Thank you to the housekeepers, Rohmdane and Djamila, for taking impeccable care of our rooms. I would wholeheartedly and confidently recommend this hotel and can’t wait for a return visit.

Dès la réception, l'accueil exceptionnel de Marc Belma. Toujours disponible à répondre à toutes mes attentes, restaurants, conseils de promenade dans Paris, réservations de taxis. Et ce, avec le sourire(ce qui est rare de nos jours).
