A Hidden Gem in Paris: Unforgettable Stay at Hotel Dupond-Smith!

My stay at Hotel Dupond-Smith from August 16-19, 2024, was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most attentive and warm staff who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.

One of the most delightful surprises? The team here are not just incredible hosts, they’re amazing bakers! Every time we returned from exploring Paris, we were greeted with the most delicious homemade treats. Chris’s cake was perfection, and Fernanda’s chocolate cookies were pure heaven! It’s these thoughtful touches that made the hotel feel like a home away from home.

Beyond the incredible service, the hotel itself is modern, beautifully updated, and impeccably maintained. Safety and comfort were a priority, with staff available 24/7, ensuring a seamless and secure stay.

If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with outstanding hospitality, a welcoming atmosphere, and sweet surprises waiting for you after a day in the city, Hotel Dupond-Smith is the place to be. I can’t wait to return! Thank you again, for make my travel memorable & a wonderful experience.

We had an early arrival and were able to store our bag until the room was ready but welcome lacked the sparkle and attention to detail associated with a 5-star boutique hotel. The room was very spacious which is quite rare for Paris, we were upgraded to the next category which was a nice touch. Bathroom was huge and had quality toiletries. Quiet room allowed for a good overnight sleep and location was second to none right in the heart of Le Marais. Service from reception could be much better, it felt cold and indifferent, we weren’t told about the welcome drink or asked if we had enjoyed on departure, it was more transactional rather than aiming to create an experience. Lobby lacked ambience and felt a bit claustrophobic.
