Ao reservarem o hotel saibam que o valor cobrado antecipadamente no cartão não pode ser abatido na entrada, ou seja, além da reserva no cartão será necessário pagar integralmente na entrada. Até este ponto tudo bem, porém, já se passaram vários dias e o reembolso, cancelamento da reserva no cartão não é realizado. Evitem por este motivo, muito transtorno para entrar em contato, reclamar no cartão, no booking, até conseguir de fato o cancelamento do valor antecipado.

El hotel está bien dentro de lo posible y teniendo en cuenta que Paris no es precisamente un ejemplo hotelero. La habitación podría estar mejor y es algo ruidosa por falta de aislamiento. El sitio bastante animado y muy cerca de Notre Dame y del museo del Louvre, pero también hay mucha gente con pinta de no ser demasiado de fiar, indigentes por todas partes y con bastantes suciedad, aunque esto último es por lo general en todo París, una pena por que hace 14 años que fui por última vez y ha dejado de ser la ciudad maravillosa que era.

Las 2 estrellas se las lleva por el personal que es muy agradable y la ubicación , sino no pondría ni una.
Hotel sin ascensor donde las paredes son literalmente de papel , se escucha todo incluso si hablan en voz baja.
Baño antiguo con el agua difícil de regular.
Para colmo nuestra calefacción no funcionaba , pero nos trajeron un radiador eléctrico.
El personal es amable y se muestra receptivo pero el hotel para mí gusto necesita muchas mejoras.

Une jeune fille accompagnée d un petit chien m'a aidée en pleine nuit d' arnaque avec mon chien Timy. Elle m'a nourrit, donné de l' eau, des vêtements et une couverture. Merci Merci Merci.

I was very excited to stay here but BEWARE if you have to cancel!!! We had to cancel and we were charged for ALL THREE nights of bookings and never stayed even one night. We canceled by the appropriate day, but apparently their cancellation is by 2:00 pm, instead of midnight like most places. With traveling internationally, and time changes, I missed the cancellation window by hours, not days. They had NO courtesy or understanding to even credit me one or two nights, but charged us for ALL three even though we canceled two days in advance (but missed the ridiculous 2:00 pm time by hours). Who has a 2:00 pm cancellation? Very insensitive. Charged me for three days but Lost my potential business for life.

We loved our stay at the D'win hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for. As a 2 star hotel, it exceeded our expectations, with a comfortable room, plenty of hot water, strong Wifi, decent bathroom (we chose a mid-range room), **helpful and wonderfully friendly reception and housekeeping staff.**
Its location in the Marais is perfect, with great restaurants and shopping, immediate proximity to the Notre Dame area, and steps away from the Mètro line (№1) that can take you easily to the most popular destinations.
If you need the amenities of a 5 star accommodation, stay elsewhere - but for a basic and economical hotel in Paris, this cannot be beaten.
