Charming place in a great location. Check in was easy and I liked the concept. The room was very quiet, even with the window open and a good size for Paris. The breakfast was the best I have had in Paris and the staff were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Come sempre una certezza. Posizione perfetta, in pieno marais dove ci sono bar e localini in ogni angolo. La pulizia della struttura è da 10 e lode e la cosa ancora più bella è che non c’è la moquette. Una nota particolare al riscaldamento ed alla fantastica doccia. Dopo una giornata fuori è davvero piacevole farsi coccolare dal magnifico detto di acqua calda. La colazione super abbondante e servita al momento. Una nota particolare la merita la macchinetta della nespresso, sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Io non ho alcun dubbio, le premier etage è la mia casa a Parigi!

Certainly a great location, surrounded by streets great for walking, shopping, and eating, plus good museums large and small all within a few blocks. Nice style of rooms. But with some negatives that should make the price lower than a normal hotel. (1) there is only staff a few hours a day, so if you want help or just travel ideas, you need to phone. (2) I thought we had some kind of shared kitchen space, but only coffee and tea service. (3) It’s nice to have a shared “living room” but it’s very dim and those little sofas aren’t very comfortable! Also it’s true, the entry stairs are a real challenge for your suitcase, and the windows are minimal. Overall we liked it and we like the idea, but we would only stay again if it was a lower price than normal hotels (in Oct 2024 it was same price).

저희 부모님이 파리 여행을 하시고 금반지와 귀걸이를 실수로 두고 나오셨는데, 전화로 말하자마자 바로 가서 찾아주고 국제 소포로 독일까지 보내주었습니다. 이메일 문의/전화 모두 친절합니다.
호텔 조식과 방 상태, 위치 또한 훌륭합니다.

This hotel has an indiscreet door on a side street (there is no name or sign for this hotel on the street). You will put in a code, and walk in. You will face a dark, spooky corridor. Walk a little bit and there’s another door to put in the code. Go thru and you will see a narrow, winding, carpeted, mildewy looking staircase. Then you will see another door and you put in a code to get in the actual hotel. There are some positives: The staff were nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
There is a gay club (or bar) with loud music across the street from this hotel. The club is open from 7:00 pm to 3:00 or 4:00 am. Our room (#4) was right where we could see this club with its flashing pink/purple lights from our window. Our room smelled like a very strong cleaning agent. The smell gave us a headache, but because of the club’s loud music we couldn’t open the window to let some fresh air in. When the club finally closed, it was time for the very noisy garbage trucks to show up to pick up the garbage from all the businesses in the street. So we still couldn’t open the window.
I am sorry to say that, for us, all the positives that I noted above do not offset the negative points. Thinking back, we could have complained about the strong smell, noisy bar and garbage trucks, but we didn’t. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and paid a total of 500 euros. For this much money we expected better.
