We had a lovely stay and were welcomed by Juliette on our arrival. She made us feel at home. Our room was clean and had a comfortable bed with good quality bed linen. The breakfasts each morning were excellent and a great way to start our sightseeing day. We would definitely stay again.

Superbe! Nous avons adoré cet hôtel en plain Marais, un de mes quartiers préférés en plein centre historique de Paris. La location est pratique, près du métro Hôtel de Ville, pas loin d'arrêts de bus.|Quant à 1 er étage, TOUT nous a plu, la déco (TOP!), le confort, la propreté, le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins par une jeune femme charmante, les petites touches écolos (bravo!)- la bouteille d'eau, le petit sac, le pamphlet avec les bonnes adresses de Paris.|Et ce je ne sais quoi...le charme?!!|On y reviendra sûrement et on en parlera à nos amis. Merci encore.

Our stay was so wonderful! The location felt more like a cozy b&b than a fancy hotel, which we loved. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and quiet. The decor was cute and inspired. The hair dryer was full-size and powerful. ||The daily breakfast service was a treat with orange juice, coffee, fresh fruits, yogurts, veggies, cheese, and a selection of pastries (baguette, croissant, and pain au chocolat). Also, the communal kitchen was delightful with tea offerings and filtered water.||My allergies had been bothering me our entire trip, except at Le 1er Etage Marais. The cleanliness and well-maintained facility definitely helped me breath better. The heating was perfect without drying out the room. ||Finally, the location was absolutely phenomenal. It's both a very close walk to a lot of amazing sights, restaurants, bars, and shopping and also very convenient to the metro. The neighborhood itself is a joy. ||Perhaps, the only nitpick would be the walk from the ground level of thel building housing the hotel to the hotel entrance is through a dank and dark narrow staircase.||Overall, we had a blast! Thank you Le 1er Etage Marais!

Beautiful and cozy..it was like a home away from home. Wonderful breakfast and staff. The bed was super comfortable and the room and bathroom were immaculate as well.|The location in Le Marais was perfect..you’re right in the heart of local attractions, shopping and Notre Dame.
