Beware of tiny circular staircase required to get to or from the elevator. Otherwise attractive boutique hotel in a lovely location. Room is small so no place to unpack. Was OK for one night.

Wat een horror hotel! Mensen lief ga hier niet langs. De vrouw aan de lobby ligt achter haar pc. Ja ligt niet zitten. Ze is arrogant en onvriendelijk. Ze heeft geen mensenkennis en inlevingsvermogen. De bedden zijn hard, kamers vuil en de prijs is veel te hoog! Blijf hier weg.

We stayed here for a girls shopping trip and it was absolutely the perfect location.

It is extremely close to Notre Dame and the Seine. It’s an ideal in between spot from Rue de Rivoli and on the other side of the seine to Saint Germain des Pres (30 mins scenic walk).

If you are wanting a relaxing Parisian stay where you can walk out of the hotel and take a few steps to some restaurants with outdoor seating, some ice cream or to be close to the seine; this is the perfect hotel for you.

The hotel itself is very chic and boutique. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our entire trip. There are also many additional services you can include for you stay such as English speaking shuttle to train stations or airports, breakfast, and room items.

The rooms are modern and clean and are exactly as the pictures show. Some have balconies and full length windows which is what we had. At night the rooms are extremely quiet, so much we slept with the windows open for a bit of noise.

Overall this a very cute boutique hotel with tons of charm.

The people at the desk while we were there, Denis and Layal, were very helpful and amiable. Wonderfully soundproofed and comfortable room allowed us to sleep well even with many people outside in the street. Great location. Grocery, patisserie, creperie, etc. -- all within a few yards of the front door.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Lots of nice little shops and restaurants nearby and of course Notre Dame. If you have heavy cases ask for a room on an even numbered floor as these are the only ones with access to the lift. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and well appointed and very clean. There was a bit of street noise until about 10pm but silence after that.

This place had the best location right on the island. Easy to walk to EVERYTHING including metro. Super friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms and breakfast. Their transportation service to and from CDG was EXCELLENT.

In addition to the excellent quiet location of this small hotel, the charming breakfast “cave” was a great way to start the day in Paris. And the staff was superb – of particular note, Layal, who could not have been more professional, charming and helpful (Denis and Mariska were also helpful). Will definitely return!

Had another fantastic stay - I am a repeat visitor to this boutique chain and they are my properties of choice when in Paris. Booked a superior room with balcony for 5 nights and had a lovely view along with some awesome sunsets. Property is in a great location for perusing both the Right and Left Bank, and after a busy day, it was a pleasure coming “home” to this little island. Rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and cleanliness should be commended. Service is impeccable - special thanks to Dennis and Layal for their courtesy professionalism and friendly demeanor - they are the gems of this property. My stay was perfect in every way - merci!

I stayed at Hotel Saint Louis en l’Isle for four nights with my wife and would rate it 3 stars. The location is fantastic—centrally located and charming, making it easy to explore Paris. The hotel is very quiet, which was great for getting a good night’s sleep. The staff were nice and friendly, and the breakfast every morning was a real treat.||However, we had an unfortunate experience on our last night. We brought back a pastry from our afternoon walking tour of Montmartre, which was wrapped and left on the desk. In the middle of the night, we were woken up by a mouse trying to get into the wrapper. This was quite jarring and something I’ve never experienced in all my years of traveling. We also had treats boxed up on the desk to take back home, which made the situation even more concerning.||If you stay here, make sure to keep any food in the fridge, although it isn’t very large. Due to this incident, we probably won’t stay here again, which is a shame because the rest of our stay was great.

Absolutely loved our stay. |The hotel is a lovely French boutique hotel with very friendly, helpful reception staff….Dennis, Layal & Ludwig all deserve high praise ( & all speak English). Downstairs in the rock room, the breakfast attendant, Marisca is so sweet and helpful, even though she speaks no english.||This hotel, situated on a quiet island, has easy access by several bridges and is a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame. ||Be aware that they have a winding staircase that is accessed for all rooms except the first floor. ||Highly recommend this hotel

What a charming hotel, with **OUTSTANDING customer service from a woman at the reception desk named “Layal.”|I hope the owner’s know how fortunate they are to have to have her as their employee, and give her the praise she deserves. ||Our room is perfect for the 2 of us. Love the beamed ceiling, and the ability to open both windows, to enjoy the view and the fresh air. ||The breakfast room, located downstairs in a rock walled area (reminds me of a wine cellar) is delightful. It’s light and bright with many options including varieties of juices, yogurt, fruit, sliced meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh baguettes, rolls, Croissant, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and a coffee machine that makes each cup fresh, hot and delicious. ||The street they’re located on has many shop’s and restaurant’s quite nearby. ||I definitely recommend this boutique hotel if you’re looking for authentic French charm. |* Be aware that the elevator is small ( holds only 2 people), and it stops 1/2 way between floors. So you’ll need your either go up a few steps on the narrow circular staircase, or down a few steps to get to your room. The exceptions I’m aware of being the lobby and the breakfast room.

This hotel is in a great location and is a good price for value. It’s very clean and charming building. The only thing is that the website never said the size of the rooms and mine was as wide as a double bed. There was no place to open two suitcases. I would’ve like to have a little more room and maybe a place to sit. With two people in there it was very tight. The other thing that I really did not like, and that was highly unusual, was that the elevator stops between two floors! you either got off the elevator and walked down seven steps or up seven steps. I just can’t handle tiny circular steps with my luggage. If I had known that, it would have been a dealbreaker. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was quite nice with a good assortment and fresh Bread and pastries. We appreciate that it came with the room since we booked four nights. I would not stay here again next time though.

건물이 연식이 있어 복도에서 들리는 소음은 들림. 파리에서 비교적 조용한 동네라 지낼만함. 침구가 깨끗하고, 욕실의 온수/냉수 온도 조절이 편하고 수압도 좋음. 직원들이 친근하고 편안함. 관광지, 지하철, 세느강 모두 가까워서 여행이 편함. 고풍스러우면서 깔끔한 인테리어

This hotel is in the perfect spot to walk or Uber/Taxi around Paris. My wife and I stayed here for a week. The street is lined with incredible restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The front desk staff is extremely kind, engaging and knowledgeable.
