I went to this restaurant many years ago when it was still owned and managed by the last owner. I wanted to come back as it was so fabulous then, I read the reviews which were good so decided to book. I just had to write my own review. The entire experience was SO disappointing. To me it is a tourist trap . My mother found 2 small pieces of bone in her mouth, almost broke a tooth, which was surprising as she had ordered a steak!!! We mentioned it to the waitress and she was hardly surprised and never apologised!!! Not a very sophisticated place, wine list restricted, laminated menu which to me says it all. Just an upgrade from a corner cafe.

When he on a Saturday night-two people. There is just one-fantastic woman who meets and greets you, and serves. One chef in the kitchen with an assistant. We really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is great-everyone clearly out for having a nice time. Food good-we had a three course meal each for €35 and an extra pudding from the à la carte… and five glasses of wine total about €120 for two people-a bargain we felt. Recommended!

Just a very solid restaurant- the small, hard working staff was friendly and attentive and the food was well prepared. My duck breast with blueberry sauce was a warm pink perfection - not dry or chewy. The blueberry sauce was only slightly sweet with a tartness that really paired well with the duck. My wife's fish was also well prepared and tasty. The vegetables were a little over cooked but well seasoned. Prices seemed very appropriate.

Lovely place, with very good food. It's small, so make a reservation. It shares a kitchen, and staff with the place next door, so both are great. The woman who runs the place is both host and server, and has a charming, very helpful personality.

Service plaisant, ravioles délicieuses en entrée plats bons bien qu'un peu trop salés.
Je retire 1 étoile pour le pain, également pas mauvais mais manifestement congelé.

We ate here in NYE 2024. The set menu was four courses and delicious. High quality, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. We might not have chosen the specific courses in our own, but it was an opportunity to try authentic French cuisine. The service was impeccable but not stuffy or pretentious. The restaurant is on a beautiful street on Ille St Louis. Highly recommend.

Super resto dans un cadre magnifique d’un ancien immeuble de l’île saint louis. Les produits sont frais, les plats très bon et on y retrouve toujours les mêmes hôtes accueillants qui assurent que l’on passe une bonne soirée.

The perfect authentic French dinner on our final night in Paris! Located in the same street we were staying in and easily accessible, the Maître d was beautifully helpful and attentive.
