The food was good but not worth the wait. We arrived around 4pm, wanting alight bite before continuing on for the evening, but we ordered wine and went in and asked about food thinking we had put in an order, only to find out that the kitchen doesn’t open until 5:30. At this point we’d been there long enough, bypassed enough times by the waiter that we though we may as well see what the fuss is about. We ordered the Degustation entree for 2 and it definitely satisfied us, however it was a little disappointing as it seems the only French thing on it are the eggs - which leave little to the imagination.

It is in a lovely location however, right round the corner from Notre Dame - you can’t see it but you can hear it!

Very small space. Food was not great. Service was not great. No wait to be seated and some tables outside would be nice. Came for the French onion soup which was bland and flavorless. I’d try somewhere else. Oldest restaurant in Paris made from Notre dame stones was cool history but that’s it.
