Rooms worn dated shower moldy. Paper cups in bathroom???? Can’t sit at toilet without hitting knees on wall. Constant sewer smell in room coming from bathroom.|Furniture upholstery has holes in it. Stains everywhere in room, windows don’t close completely.|Breakfast was a joke. We were way better off going out for it.|We actually checked out early.|Michelin star rated 2018 On outside window.|Give me a break. Nothing has been done to this place since 2018 that’s for sure.

They didn’t let me go eat because I didn’t have indoor footwear which was absolutely disgusting. The food looked poorly cooked and was practically raw. The room had stains everywhere and the piping system stunk. The workers could have been slightly nicer as their delivery about things was rather harsh. They offered very little outdoor activities and it would have been a more fun experience if the Chateau offered activities like manhunt and orienteering to schools. Overall, I’d say my experience was poor at best. The staff and rooms require improvement.

Awful “superior “ room. Absolutely nothing like the photos or description on their website. If this is a superior room and allegedly more spacious than their deluxe rooms I dread to thing how small the deluxe rooms must be

Breakfast is something to start the day but not much more than that

Fitness centre is decent for a hotel of it’s size.

Maravillosos hotel. Desyuno justo. Lo único que si está prohibido fumar deberían llevarlo a raja tabla. Tuvimos unos vecinos que fumaban. Llamamos la atención y el servicio no hizo nada.

Siamo stati accolti malissimo da un ragazzo della reception che manco ci guardava negli occhi, rispetto zero e anche alla partenza niente saluti ne buon viaggio (se non ha voglia di lavorare dovrebbe licenziarsi) oltre questo il signore della notte della reception é stato bravissimo, molto educato. Adorabile la signora della reception la mattina che é molto carina ed educata. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora che si occupa della colazione che è stata super carina, nonostante fossimo scesi a fare colazione 10 minuti prima delle 10h, ci ha aspettati, ha lasciato la colazione finì alle 10h15 e ha pure preparato lei le uova sode per noi.
Torneremo sicuramente soprattutto per la posizione e per i due receptionisti gentili e soprattutto la signora che si occupa della colazione

Bem localizado, pequeno mas muito acolhedor. Bom pequeno almoço. Funcionários simpáticos. Não tem parque próprio, mas, tem uma parceria com um parque próximo com preço mais simpático que is restantes. Quartos confortáveis e bem isolados da rua.

Hotel grazioso in una via non molto trafficata. Meno male perché l'insonorizzazione non è sufficiente. La camera assegnataci era ampia ma purtroppo con un minuscolo bagno dove da seduto sul wc tocchi le ginocchia al muro. Non ci sono set di cortesia ma solo un docciaschiuma e un sapone per le mani. L'ascensore nel nostro caso era accanto alla camera per cui si è rivelato una seccatura con un via vai rumoroso già alle 5 del mattino con alcuni ospiti che lasciavano le stanze. Comodissima fermata della metro e non solo una ma ci sono parecchie metro nelle vicinanze e poi boulangerie, locali vari, supermercati, autobus. Insomma zona ben servita con tutto. Nessun pericolo per uscire la sera. Buona colazione anche se metterei qualcosa in più di salato e delle baguette croccanti.
Ho trovato gentili e sorridenti Amine e un altra ragazza, ma solo loro 2.

É o meu hotel de preferência em Paris. Quarto muito acolhedor, pequeno almoço delicioso. Funcionários muito simpáticos, especialmente a menina Nádia, prestativa e uma simpatia extrema.
Regressarei com toda a certeza.

We booked this hotel in September last year as we’d bought some Olympics tickets and didn’t want to chance waiting until nearer the time. There was little available at the time so we booked 2 nights here for the extortionate amount of £1741!!!! This was without cancellation as the cancellation price was even more…. |Any how upon checking in the lovely lady on the desk said you’re not the only guests to mention the price increase and there was nothing they could do as I’d booked with no cancellation. I told her I’d looked that morning and could book for less than a third of what we had paid.. She was very lovely and I could tell by her expression that she felt bad for us. She did throw breakfast in (nice gesture but it was a poor breakfast so we only bothered one day) The lady also brought up to our room a half bottle of Tattinger and sone macarons- another very sweet gesture. |The hotel is in an ok location - a few nice little cafes nearby and an 8 minute walk to the closest Metro, République. |The room was fine, we had a small balcony (too hot to use) the air con was great as was the shower. The lift was a teeny rickety one but up 6 floors what can you do. Hind sight is a great thing and I wish I hadn’t panicked about securing accommodation and waited until nearer the time when greedy hoteliers realised they would not be full.

Das besondere ist die Lage im Herzen von Paris Marais. In einer recht ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Temple Park. Die Zimmer sind für Pariser Standards ausreichend gross, sauber, frisch renoviert. Die Rezeption ist mit freundlichen Menschen 24 Stunden besetzt. Das Frühstück ist gut, wobei natürlich viele Bistros im Umfeld tolle Alternativen anbieten. Eine gute Empfehlung.

We stayed here for 11 nights the end of October 2023 for the rugby World Cup. Lovely little hotel and very clean. The rooms are a little on the small side. But, very adequate. Great breakfast in the morning included in the room price. Staff was very helpful. Two block walk to the metro. Lots of little restaurants nearby for evening dining.

Great hotel in a quiet street! A little out of the centre but we love to walk and explore and prefer to be in a quieter location for peace at night! There were a few restaurants near by which were great. ||The hotel was gorgeous, the gym was okay but only used it once - I didn’t feel like it after walking 40k steps a day! ||The room was great, the air con was brilliant and so needed during the August heat! The reception staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Hôtel idéalement situé au cœur du marais. Vous y serez reçus chaleureusement . Le personnel se dévoue pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Quant aux chambres, elles vous offrent un moment de paix et de volupté .

The surrounding area is great, many cafes around and also a lovely tiny market is close by.

The service of the hotel was always nice and trying to be as helpful as possible.

The room we had was really ridiculous though.

The bathroom door is right next to the bed and the room itself is extremely small. Not at all what I would expect for the price that we paid.

The bathroom itself is also not looking nice, specifically the shower is tiny and the stile is just not enjoyable.

The toilet paper is also some of the cheapest I've ever used.

Can't recommend this hotel, despite its nice staff but the rooms are just too bad.
It is more suited to be a cheap student hotel or something, not for tourists.

המזגן בחדר עושה רעש של משאית זבל, נפלה הרשת של המזגן באמצע הלילה.
המים לא יורדים באמבטיה ומציפים את החדר.
חלק מערוצי הטלוויזיה לא עובדים.
המלון מבטיח הסעות חזרה לשדה התעופה אך לא דובר על תשלום עד רגע תיאום ההסעה.
הגענו לילה לפני לבדוק על הסעה לשדה התעופה, הפקיד בקבלה רשם את הפרטים ואמר לנו להגיע שעתיים וחצי לפני ההמראה ותהיה מונית בלי בעיה.
ביום הטיסה הגענו בשעה שאמר, אך חיכינו חצי שעה למונית שלא הוזמנה כפי שהובטח
וכשדיברנו עם פקיד הקבלה (לא אותו אחד) הוא אמר שזה לא בסדר שלא הזמנו לילה מראש. כשאמרנו לו שזה מה שעשינו הוא אמר שזה לא יתכן ושהקולגה שלו בן אדם טוב (באמירה שאנחנו משקרים).
ההתנהלות מתחת לכל ביקורת. חבל שאין מתחת לכוכב אחד לשירות.

The location is amazing, right at the heart of the marais, close to parking, but on a quiet side street. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of there way to help us when we left something behind. I loved our stay here. The only small negatives are that the hotel needs a little bit of touching up here and there - damaged paint, rumpled carpets in the hallways, a few scuffs. But honestly for a hotel in the marais it’s great value.

Great location in the haut Marais, really helpful attentive staff and a nice chic style to the rooms. The staff were a definite highlight, happy to help at any time, and very friendly and welcoming whenever we came in and out.
