The building and area were very noisy. My booking said all taxes and fees were included, but at checkout, I was asked to pay an extra tax that was never mentioned. Also, check-in was listed as 2 PM, but the receptionist said it was actually 3 PM. Poor communication and unexpected charges made for a frustrating experience.

Nos hospedamos una semana durante el mes de marzo.
- El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo.
- La vista de nuestra habitación era muy linda, la cama y almohadas cómodas. Tiene poco espacio de guardado, pero era algo con lo qur contábamos.
- Los desayunos son caseros, exquisitos! De gran variedad, frutas, verduras, panes, dulces, budines, frutos secos, semillas. Cocinan varias cosas en el momento, como las french toast, una delicia❤️.
- El hotel ofrece servicio a la habitación, a traves de un delivery de comida (las porciones son abundantes).
- Todo el personal del hotel es cordial y amable.

Wunderschönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

I'll preface by saying this is our second time in Paris, and our first time trying Solly Hotel. My party of 3 (2 adults, 1 child age 9) wanted to stay at the same hotel as last time (Astotel at 123 Sebastopol), but it was unavailable for suite to accommodate 3 people.||We do NOT recommend Solly hotel. Although the location is excellent, the room itself leaves a lot be desired. ||Here is my breakdown:||1. Location: Excellent. Close to 2 metro stops. ||2. Room: Our "suite" was #18 on the first floor. It is right next to the stairs and the elevator, so you hear EVERYTHING due to the absolutely abysmal insulation in this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet respite after a busy day in the city, This.Is.Not.It.||3. Cost: Our "suite" had 1 king bed and 1 pull out couch. It also had 1 tub/shower and 1 toilet with sink in a separate room for 700 euro/night. To be clear, that's 1 shower and 1 toilet for 700 euro/night. In contrast, our suite at Astotel had 2 king beds, 2 tub/showers, and 2 toilets for 500 euro/night. Our suite at Astotel was essential 2 full rooms with 2 full bathrooms connect in one safe space. ||Bottom line: If you are a family of 3 or 4, save money and have a quiet, comfortable stay at Astotel, across the street from Solly.||Solly Hotel was the low point of an otherwise great visit to Paris.
