Excellent staff. Extremely helpful. They provided early check in, even took our bags to the room while we ventured the city. The staff were very attentive. When I communicated of a non working tv (it worked, was just unplugged), they were in the room within 2 minutes to look into it. Every staff member had a genuine warm smile, and we always felt as if we were in their home. The room itself was fairly large by Paris standards, were clean and the hotel is situated in a very good location. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Muy amable el personal, hablan inglés y obvio francés. Esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, a una cuadra tienes dos estaciones del metro (Republique y Arts).
Muy limpio, se nota la limpieza diaria y el cuidado de los detalles.
Me encanta que pongan en la habitación una tetera con calentador para prepararse un café o té. Tiene ascensor.
