물가높은 파리에서 좋은 가격으로 파인다인닝을 경험할 수 있는 귀한 식당이에요. 음식 프리젠테이션도 훌륭하지만 맛도 정말 좋았습니다. 한국인 셰프님 계셔서 너무 반가웠네요. 테이블로 오셔서 음식, 재료 설명을 너무 친절히 해주셔서 더욱 즐거운 식사가 되었습니다. 한결셰프님이랑 유쾌한 스태프 덕분에 어머니랑 행복하게 식사하였습니다. 다음에 또 갈게요~

Some of the food was fabulous (the beef was spectacular) and some I found actually inedible (the fried artichoke in particular). Until the dessert all the food was in shades of brown and beige (as is the decor). The service was the classic haute gamme thing where the MOST important thing seems to be landing all plates on the table at the same time. The place gets publicity from being the oldest house in Paris yet the walls are covered with basic dry lining and there's no information given out about the building, though a nice waiter offered to talk to us about it. Instead a whole book of alchemical madness is given. The wine was fantastic. We were surprised to be charged 6 euros for what we assumed was tap water, I read online this is a common Paris move. Generally the service was confusing. I didn't want to write all this as I'm sure you're doing your best. But the system kept asking me what I thought.
