Boy oh boy. The experience was unreal. We knew this place was likely going to be gem, we went in with super high expectations and… expectations were smashed and exceeded.
A cozy place in the best neighbourhood in Paris, Le Marais, this place offers an intimate setting for dinner, with an open kitchen where you can watch the genius chef turn anything he touches into culinary gold. The waitress serving us was also a genius in how welcoming she was and how attentive to our needs. Even the cutlery and plates felt like pieces of art. How did we eat in such luxurious plate for 39€ per person is still beyond me! The place is a 20/10.
We took the entrée / plat combo for three people and shared everything.
Mac and cheese with truffle? Yes PLEASEEE! Creamy and full of comforting flavourz.
Tostada chili beans: heartwarming with a touch of green chilly.
Salmon crudo, fresh and sweet and zesty!
Mediterranean cauliflower with tahini and harissa was to die for.
The salmon confit as a main dish was irrigated with cheese sauce and dill to round up the dish.
The duck was good but was the only plate where we thought, we had similar dishes before. Not the others, they were one of a kind, each. Kudos chef!

Nous avons testé ce restaurant avec le menu en 5 étapes. Le service était très chaleureux et accueillant.
Le repas était très bon, dans un cadre très agréable. Tous les plats étaient copieux et originaux.

Une excellente adresse! Un joli travail des produits et des saveurs ! Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés avec une succession de plats raffinés, dépaysants , excellents !

We paid €45 per person for the menu!
My friends loved the starters, the main dishes were ok. I got the vegetarian one, there weren't a lot of choices for vegetarians.
And I was really disappointed with the dessert!! So maybe I should've gone for the starters!!
Anyways nice vibe, cozy lil place! Just do your research on the menu before you go!
