至少我们可以说,西蒙-霍维茨在纳扎雷圣母街放下厨具之前,曾游历过许多地方:澳大利亚、香港、日本、巴西、秘鲁;在法国:库尔舍维勒、莱博德普罗旺斯......这些经历磨砺了他的创造力,锻造了他的才华。在他别致的小酒馆里,他的厨房是开放式的,他根据自己的心情,当然也根据当季的食材,准备自己的菜谱,包括这道生剑鱼和西瓜、马鞭草和黑橄榄粉浸泡的西瓜水。

Superb food! Cannot fault it. But it's expensive. Wine list far too long and complicated. And very expensive.

Although service was very attentive the food underwhelmed. The amuse bouche was little more than 2 swallows of lukewarm water with parsley oil (and liveche!). The entree of truffled boudin blanc was good but small for the price. The shared pork plat principal was well prepared and generous but a side of broccoli? Too basic. I’d expect something more at an establishment like that. The dessert was interesting and well conceived ( burnt toast coffee ice cream ). And we found the wine list inaccessible and incoherent : too expensive for the menu it is supposed to complement.
