I signed up for the Intense Reformer and found the pace and level to provide a good shake and core workout. Even though the class was exclusively in French, I was able to follow along. I recognized a lot of the ballet terminology used, but I suggest picking a machine in the middle so you can peek at your neighbors if you are not fluent. I didn't see a mention of this on the website, but they expect you to wear socks (any kind) for the reformer machine and there are showers in the studio as well! Will be back!
