Certainement un des plus beau Starbucks au monde, mais des soucis ! Accueil plutôt aléatoire, sono en fond digne d'un transistor (vraiment en 2025 ??) et seulement 2 toilettes pour un établissement avec autant de capacité et qui vend des boissons...et la propreté y est aussi assez aléatoire parfois...Bref un des plus beau potentiel au niveau des franchises mais un manque d'effort global et d'excellence.

Great location and it was beautiful inside! They had clean bathrooms and the staff was nice! Plenty of seating but it was pretty busy.

Mais comme il faut 1/4 h pour deux verres d'eau avec moitié de glaçons 1 rondelle sèche de citron minable "cool lime" à 5€95. L'unité !..... Arnaque totale !

The two ladies at the register were definitely not happy with their jobs. Even for Parisian standards this was below par. Pity because the coffee was good and the barista was friendly.

Avant même que je dise bonjour, elle a affiché une expression fermée et agacée, comme si elle ne comprenait rien.
Elle m’a demandé mon prénom – c’est la règle chez Starbucks, même si c’est pénible – et j’ai répondu “Jang”.
Elle a alors fait une grimace encore plus exagérée, rendant l’échange encore plus désagréable.
À ce moment-là, j’ai décidé de dire simplement “J” pour en finir plus vite.
Si on n’est pas capable de comprendre les clients, on ne devrait pas être au comptoir.
Les employés au bar étaient souriants et professionnels – ce sont eux qui devraient s’occuper des clients.

The hype is there buy the seats and tables didn't really give that same enchantment. It was very nice that's for sure but to have the hype and reputation it has the internet and actually being there isn't the same. The internet makes it out to be this 5 star place when its just a glorified starbucks.

Buongiorno, mentre andavo a prendere un caffè con la mia famiglia allo Starbucks in Avenue du Capucines, sono rimasto molto deluso dal servizio e dai bagni molto sporchi, dove non c'era nemmeno la carta igienica. La gente era in coda perché era occupato un solo bagno perché non c'era più carta e quindi il personale pensava che qualcuno avrebbe messo un po' di carta.

Посещение данного заведения вызвало отрицательные эмоции! Купив кофе и десерт пришлось искать свободные места!! Очень много людей, которые сидят за столиками и что то делают в своих смартфонах и ноутбуках. Поэтому совет, перед тем как купить кофе, посмотрите есть ли свободное место.

The grand seating area feels more like a historic salon than a coffee shop, and it's a great spot to relax or work if you can find a seat. Unfortunately, it's often very crowded, and seating is hard to come by. Still, if you're looking for a familiar coffee in an unforgettable setting, it's worth a stop.

I popped in to ask one of the servers, Nicole, if she wouldn’t mind being pictured in her uniform with my Starbucks Traveler’s Notebook! She was brilliant, thought this was fun and instantly let me snap her moment! Thanks so much lovely! I will be taking that memory back to the UK! ????????

Les hauts plafond peints et les moulures ne laissent pas indifférents, effectivement, ce café est classé au patrimoine. Attention au monde dans ce quartier très prisé, on peut trouver une place le matin mais après c'est difficile. Sinon, classiques de la chaine starbucks. Les cheeses cakes sont à essayer

Et surtout ne pas aller aux toilettes : 20 minutes d'attente, un seul toilette, le second étant fermé en raison d'un lavabo descellé, lieu sale, bande sonore de très mauvaise qualité....
Pris un café dehors sans autre envie de consommation.
Peut-être dans un autre Starbucks, mais pas sûr, compte tenu de la qualité de l'expérience.
